Thought glass frame was scratched he looked at frame told me it was just smudge. He didn't charge me to clean them. Could have easily took them to back and charge me quoted fee.

My glasses were bent (not broken) and he re-aligned them in like 30 seconds and didn't charge me. Will bring other broken frames here in the future!

Came with my glasses snapped and Chris provided excellent customer service, and had my glasses fixed in no time. I appreciate the friendlessness and explanation of the process. Would highly recommend this location to fix glasses.
