Staff was awful. This security women named flora, followed us around the whole time and, I was going to buying maybe 1,000 worth of stuff. While we were picking and taking pictures of stuff taking my time the security women would say why we were doing that and no one does that and it’s not normal. She said we should just grab what we wanted to check out and pay. Then when I went to the dresses she came to stand infront of me with a stank face with an attitude like why were we still there. Keep in mind we are Hispanics who understand more English then we speak because I was with my daughter. Then I called my daughter in-law to come and talk to the manager with us and she did. When the manager Tierra, came she said that did not happen. She said maybe because we didn’t speak English well when we perfectly understood what was happening. Two other people were complaining and the manager was just defending and refused to believe us. When me and the two other women were complaining.

The staff are rude at this location. I've visited this store on numerous occasions, and there have always been rude staff (cashiers, fitting room, and security). The cashiers are usually in a rush and have a nasty attitude. On this particular night, I arrived at the store several minutes prior to closing to exchange an item. After I found the item, the cashier, Jose, told me he was not going to service me. I was literally in the line at 10:30pm, and he was already servicing another shopper. I won't be returning to this location.

I went int on February 5th to make a return because the items I purchased didn't not fit or I did not want them again. The employee told me that it would have to be tire credit . This makes no sense to me I purchased the the items and brought them back with in time and with the receipt the reasoning they gave for not being able to return my money was that the it was supposed to be returned within 30 days but it was it. When it come a to receipt returns with ID it makes no sense to me why a full return was unable to occur. This was highly inaccurate and inconvenient to me. I do not recomens they are highly unresponsive what ask direct questions about their policy

I will never step foot in this Ross again.When we came up to the cashier, she said they didn't have any bags. I asked if we could use any bags and they said no. The cashier said we could take our carts out to the car, but as soon as I tried I was stopped by multiple employees saying it's against store policy. So, I had to carry all of my items to my car. They didn't offer any assistance or provide another solution.Don't come to this Ross unless you brought your own bags.
