This is my second time using Ryder Used truck sales, they are by fare the best online truck sales there are, I bought now 2 Isuzu NPR HD box truck first truck from Todd Rome at Ryder used truck sales in Maryland back in February 2021 with delivering to Connecticut and I just got my second truck from Quan with the great help from Caroline, who answer all my questions about the truck... Overall the members at the South Baltimore Ryder used truck sales location are awesome and I will be looking back for another truck when the time comes.

My salesperson at the Laurel lot Ericka was fantastic to deal with. She was able to answer every question I had, returned phone calls and emails promptly and helped me find the truck I was searching for.

Buyer beware have your truck inspected by a mechanic before buying from them. I drove about four hours to this location after putting a down payment on a unit. The truck had major problems and the manager seemed clueless as if he was unaware of them. After I brought the issues to his attention his demeanor was very care free. Very disappointed with this place. Ryder does the very least when it comes to maintenance. Good luck

As soon as we bought our truck it broke down a week later. Day of the test drive- engine light was on. It went for maintenance and it was off. We paid cash for the truck - and was happy to own our first truck. Then the nightmare- a week later- the engine light and problems are back. Ryder Warranty sent us to Johnson’s Trucking in Glenarden. Went to Johnson’s and it was broke down again a day later. After sitting two weeks there. Now More problems after sending it to Johnson’s trucking. Now we are paying thousands in repairs and the warranty doesn’t cover any expenses. They claim they don’t cover sensors. Seems like nothing is really covered. I’m not sure how everything was inspected properly for Ryder Inspection seems like a lot of problems for it to be inspected. Engine light day one and still dealing with it. Beware! **Plus you can’t rent a rental commercial truck while your truck in repair unless you have been in business three years. So you just lose money and over and over again.

I would recommend people not to buy truck from Ryder I brought one Cascadia freightliner 2014 back on February 13 2021 from this selaperson name Elizabeth in PA went I when to pickup the unit on PA the seen in good shape but when. I start driver on the highway the truck started to shake a lot and a engine light come on by the time I got to my yard I did another inspection and the truck was leaking a lot of oil from engine so I the truck was supposed to be certified meaning that the unit was supposed to came with no issues but the good thing I bought warranty. I call then and told the problem with the unit so they told to take unit to patasco Ave in Maryland I took the unit there and now the got almost 3 months with the unit in the shop . They warranty codinector name Meka M call like about a week from now and told the unit was ready for pickup but when I went to pick it up the unit was still leaking so I email Meka but she never got me to me this is my worse experience buy a truck I feel they scamming I call bee calling to speak to a supervisor but everytime I call they tell me a supervisor is going.to me back but never do.I also have a friend of my that also bought a truck from them and they also came with a lot of issues. I will not buy any truck from Ryder they will scam you all the truck got issues. ?

A waist of time these 2 guys are amateurs .I waited 3 weeks for nothing please read the reviews before you go there , the sad thing is Ryder’s is not doing anything about it . Maybe they don’t care losing business.00 star ⭐️ service.

I live in Georgia and I bought a 2104 frightliner from rdyer, Bill of sale 10/29/2020.. I had to Teavel to Maryland to pick up the unit on 10/30/2020. When I got there and I was headed to get the truck I got a call saying the truck wasn’t in laural, It was on patapsco ave, when I got to patapsco they said the truck was in jessup at that point I’m irritated so I said I don’t have a lot of money to be taking cabs to different places... okay so the truck arrived about 45 mins later, As I was inspection the truck the tension pulley was really lose and making really noise, and the left gate full off so they did a repair Oder to be fixed... so I leave with the truck and didn’t even make it 17 miles, The truck started smoking really bad so I pulled over and it was oil ever where, Now mind you this was a Friday and end of business day... So I wasn’t able to go back to Georgia as planned I had to wait tell Monday for rdyer to reopen.. Monday come and I went to rdyer and told them what happened so they asked where was the truck I said where it broke down at. So they said oh we will fix it I said I don’t want nothing that couldn’t get me out of the state or not even the highway... So they offered to find me another truck but the few trucks they sent me was like 10,000 more then I paid, But the feeling I got was they really was trying to help me and they wasn’t replying to emails or calls... so at some point it got to just give me my money back. now keep in mind I only come to pick up this truck and this was a vacation so I wasn’t prepare to stay from Friday 10/30/2020 to Thursday 11/05/2020. so I was paying for hotels, clothes, food, cabs, etc out of my packet. My 2 mirror children was home waiting for my return. I missed work from my regular 9-5 and I wasn’t able to do a few loads I had planned for when I got back to Georgia... As of 11/09/2020 I’m still awaiting my reimbursement for travel and refunds for down deposits...They also did 3 hard credit checks... when I was only informed of one!!Peter OliverRebecca BowenAdam MeintzerHolly M. Horrible experience. We made payment for several trucks about a month ago and no ETA on when we will get the trucks. Terrible experience and the sales representative has not kept up to a single promise or word he gave during the sales process. Does not respond to our calls or emails on time. Need someone from corporate to look into this. Worst experience !!!
