Shame on pump #17. I stopped by early this morning and pumping gas here, I filled my gas tank with air for $26.92 and a diesel can for $19.46. I spoke to the cashier and let her know that only air comes out of pump #17. I showed her the receipts and asked for a refund. She said it had been fixed yesterday. It wasn't. I spoke to the manager, and he clearly stated that he doesn't issue refunds to credit cards. I felt scammed.

Gas at this Shell is $3.19 right now (don't be fooled by the sign that says $2.99 because that's only with the car wash, noted on the sign but impossible to read because the sign is well past the actual pumps and partially obscured by trees). At the Shell just down the street it was $2.29. That's nearly a dollar cheaper per gallon, which is insane! So yes, this has a nice big lot and a decent convenience store, but the gas is a ripoff. Now that I've realized this I'll drive the extra 2 minutes to get gas at the other shell.

Recommend car wash as doesn’t damage car. Do put your rear view mirrors in thou as they will get knock inward from brushes

The elderly white gentleman at the register seemed unfamiliar with the system and struggled with the process, leading me to seek gas at another Shell station because he couldn’t get it working.

Be very careful when pumping gas here, Pump #6 will not auto stop when filling up… got gasoline all over my car after overflowing. They said it never happens, but I know of another time this happened at this gas station.Also tried to use the one bathroom available, the other one is forever out of order, so they call the one available “unisex”. However the stench is unbearable the second you open the door ? It becomes very clear the owners don’t want to spend the money needed to maintain this place.Very convenient gas station location otherwise, just be wary that you’re probably stepping in gasoline and good luck ⛽️ try not to explode ? and you really don’t want to step into that restroom ?

they took my points after their machine was down, didnt even get my points off of my gas, this has happened to multiple other people if you read the other reviews! their disgusting rude nasty old man cashier had a funky attitude, i’m going to corporate about it cus this is ridiculous.

Made a special trip to this station to use Giant rewards. However, cheated out of points due to pump card reader not working. Rewards number accepted, then pump would not read 2 different cards. Transaction auto cancelled at pump. Had to pay inside where the same card worked, but the points were gone. Basically told too bad, better to pay inside.

Usually have average experiences here but recently the customer service inside was rude, condescending, and dismissive to the gas pump issues.
