“I know this place gets a bad rap. I get it. I read about a hundred one star reviews and was convinced that would be me too. They keep odd hours, for starters. Got there almost an hour early expecting it to be open and was very frustrated, was sure that after it did open, the employees would be unhelpful. But I decided to go in with an open mind and a positive attitude.I was so pleasantly surprised. A very nice young man and a woman helped me, were both friendly and professional, and I got my package within 5 minutes of the doors opening. I couldn’t believe that this was the same place people consistently complain about—and believe me, I’ve tried UPS’s customer service line and been stuck with the automated receptionist, so I know bad service. This was excellent.I know this review will not really matter for drumming up business, because people only come here when something goes wrong. But I hope that if you’re reading this, and you’re frustrated, maybe considering going in with a bad attitude, take a breath, maybe say a prayer, and consider that you might meet a great set of employees who work very hard at their job and just want to help. That’s what I found, and I hope that’s what you find too.”
