“10 star experience when I visited this location yesterday. I went to just get a document printed, which didn’t come out correctly due to resolution. But the owner, went above and beyond. She went out her way to edit the photo and actually made it 100% better, she gave recommendations, she was also very patient. I appreciate her welcoming and warming energy, and her exceptional customer service. Jay is great too, always quick and fast service when I’m returning items there. Great staff.

“I believe it’s the manager or the owner the guy with the bald head. He’s always very kind courteous and he helps out tremendously, especially on days when I have my glasses are broken or I put the wrong with the wrong QR code. he’s patient he make sure that I get all my packages sent to the correct places and just recently. I had my dog with me and he allowed me to bring my dog into the store so that she wouldn’t run off on the leash cause that was looking like it was about to happen. I’m so gracious to that UPS store they’re very kind and anyone who doesn’t have a UPS store they normally go to the one on Baltimore Avenue here in Laurel is the best one to go to, I can assure you that great job guys. please keep up the good work because I love customer service as well and you guys have it down to a T.”
“I needed to have important documents shipped internationally, so I went to the Laurel FedEx Office, Print & Ship Center on a recent Saturday. Kiara assisted me. She was awesome! Kiara competently and knowledgeably walked me through the process ensuring that everything was in order with customs forms, labels, etc. I appreciated her kind and friendly demeanor and her patience with my many questions! Every employee I have interacted with is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different nuances with online return requirements. This location also has a self serve Amazon drop box thing that you can use if you want. I have never waited longer than 30 seconds because the staff is so efficient. I highly recommend this ups store!”
