“Well well well, this a positive feedback!

I ordered a 65” LG OLED C5 through LG Partner. The delivery was originally scheduled for March 21, and it did arrive on that date.

However, my experience with Sales Customer Service was very poor. At one point, they told me my delivery had been rescheduled to March 23 and even offered me a $75 compensation for the inconvenience. The issue is that this information was not accurate—the app continued to show March 21 as the delivery date.

When I called again to clarify, they rescheduled the delivery yet again, this time to a window between March 26 and April 6, which was extremely frustrating and confusing. It felt like every time I called, the delivery date changed for the worse.

I was honestly ready to cancel and return the order. However, IT Customer Service handled the situation much better. They helped me file a complaint, and I received a response the same day confirming that my TV would arrive on March 21.

The delivery itself, handled by RXO, went smoothly. The delivery team was professional and courteous.

In summary, the product and final delivery were great, but the Sales Customer Service experience needs significant improvement.”
