Mistakes do happen and I appreciate an organization that takes ownership and tries to make up for it. The second delivery went super smooth. Thank you Thomas!Original: This organization is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They don’t give a time for a delivery until the day before and you can’t select it. They don’t show up during the window stated. They don’t bring the parts to connect the appliance to function. They damage your appliance so you need to get a replacement. Additionally they use overseas customer service that doesn’t even know what time zone you are in. Additionally the delivery staff said comments in Spanish that were unprofessional because they didn’t realize we speak Spanish. This company really deserves zero stars. Avoid this company at all costs!”
