Sleep Inn & Suites is an average, reasonably priced hotel in a quiet location, though it is on a busy road with a train passing by. The beds are frequently described as comfortable and the staff as nice or good. However, the property requires significant remodeling and updates, with specific mentions of the bathroom, plumbing, and lighting. The parking lot and some areas are poorly maintained. Amenities are inconsistent. There is a swimming pool, but it often appears unclean. The gym equipment may not be functional. The complimentary breakfast is very poor and disappointing, with mostly cold items; the only hot element is typically the waffle iron. Coffee quality is also noted as low. Several significant concerns are raised. The property can feel unsafe due to insufficient outdoor lighting and occasional unsettling activity in the parking lot. A strong odor of smoke, including weed, is sometimes present in the halls despite a non-smoking policy. While the rooms are generally clean, overall maintenance and customer service approach are lacking. For some travelers, these issues are major red flags, leading them to suggest looking elsewhere.
Best bang for your buck between Baltimore and DC. I stay here all the time for work and after being here for the majority of the time for almost a year I have no complaints. Rooms are clean. Monir and the staff are accommodating. The rooms are nice and less expensive than a lot of the nearby roach dumps. Highly recommend!

Great if you drive, but hazardous if you're a pedestrian, since you're located right next to a busy street with heavy traffic. To access fast food facilities, you have to cross that busy street.
