Dear Super Best Market Team,I hope this message finds you well. My name is Andrea Jackson, and I recently had an unfortunate experience at your store today, November 28, 2023, around 3:18 PM. As a new customer, I was taken aback by the customer service interaction I encountered.Upon entering the store, I approached the gentleman in the customer service area to inquire about the location of olive oil. Regrettably, despite my polite approach, the individual seemed disinterested and unresponsive. When I asked for clarification, his response was brief and delivered without acknowledgment, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed.Subsequently, when attempting to address another concern with the same individual and seeking assistance by asking for the manager, I was met with continued disregard until the same gentleman indicated that the manager was outside. The lack of acknowledgment and the disrespectful attitude displayed during this interaction was deeply disappointing.Moreover, the subsequent information I received from a staff member outside, who pointed out the same individual as the manager, added to my dismay. I am deeply troubled by the possibility of discriminatory behavior based on race, considering I am a Black woman and the individual in question may have displayed a bias against people of color.I value the diversity and inclusivity of establishments I support, and it is disheartening to perceive such behavior in a place I hoped to frequent. I believe that fostering a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers, regardless of their background, is crucial for any business.I wanted to bring this incident to your attention as I believe it's essential for management to be aware of interactions that may negatively impact the shopping experience for customers. I hope that necessary measures will be taken to address this issue and ensure that all customers feel valued and respected when visiting your store.Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I went to buy some fish and the guys refused to clean it for me. I was there at 8: 23pm.The sign says until 8:30pm. When I talked to them, they ignored me completely.

I would really love to give this store a five star, but I just cannot not get pass the very bad smell that hits you as soon as you walk in. I went back once after my first visit because I do like the extensive variety of items there, but I cannot endure the offensive odor for a third time even though it has a lot of products that I'd like to have. I hope management reads this review (not the first to comment on smell), and invest some of that profit into some heavy duting air refreshner system.

What is Super about this place? The customer service sucks especially the cashier in lane 3 Checker 244. I bought a lot of items including a sack of rice and asked for an assistance to put it in my cart and received a big NO. Then gave me that look of non-concern for the assistance I’m asking. Even if it’s not included in her job description, the least she can do is say no in a nice way and explain why she can’t! Very poor customer service! I will never go back to this place again. In addition the place is dirty especially the fish area.

The stores fault: The shopping baskets are always filthy, and the prices listed don't always match the prices at the register, watch for this. Not totally the stores fault, but still not good: There was a guy begging for money right at the front door and a strange man following people in the parking lot. I do not recommend.

My family and I were racially profiled. The cashier guy walked away when we got to the register and a young girl came to the register I spoke to her in my native language (spanish) to ask for a price before we finished checking out she replied in English (fine) she had an attitude the whole time, obviously because my family is African American and Puerto Rican. After we finished checking out the guy got back on the register to help the customers behind us! I will be contacting my lawyer and the BBB for discrimination. If you or your family is African American you will be racially discriminated against. Just a warning ⚠️

Excellent store! I have never seen such an extensive amount of produce and of unique types around the world. Each asile is a new treat for me to try. I will definitely be back again and again.

The place is diverse and it has unique items from a lot of countries like The Philippines and all Latin America but it is a bit sloppy and unorganised. There's music from each corner and a chaotic atmosphere. And a bonus: There are beggars outside that harass you! I understand the diversity about the place, but it does not worth the fame.

Nice local grocery store with a large selection of Latin, Indian and Asian food items. Their produce section has many exotic and hard to find fruits and vegetables. Best of all the prices are very reasonable.
