Located in the Montpelier Shopping Center with a several restaurants and other businesses. I've been in this shopping center so many times and never noticed this UPS store was here all along. I had a package to return. Service was super quick. The employee was friendly. The store was clean. I would come back to this location again if I'm nearby!

Very poor customer service from this guy call MANISH THANKI two customer infront of me couldn’t sent or fix their problems he is very Rude when you ask for help telling you have to know that , I hope this is his name he didn’t want to tell me his name he gave a business card but not sure if he’s but I’m calling the ups to tell about his behavior against customer.

Amazing customer service hands down. The staff really go above and beyond for their customers. I have had several services done by them and they are very good at getting things done at the correct time! Highly recommended :)
