I brought my bf’s car for a detail service for his birthday… and the surprise he got was damage to his leather seats. When I called to speak to Dae, he got defensive and claimed the car came like this and that he took a picture - that somehow he already deleted from his phone even though I called less than 24hrs after the service got done. I asked him if there was pre-existing damage why didn’t he point it out, he said it wasn’t his responsibility. Yet he pointed out the pre-existing damage to the floor mats… I even paid extra to get the seats conditioned. I do not recommend this shop.
Edit: There's obviously no mold. It looks like a product not safe for leather seats might have been used on that area. That's what I said when I called you. After 3+ hrs, the area was still wet and saturated like a sponge.

I am from a groupon purchase, which makes a difference because you must state it upfront and you have a different "calendar". Honestly the owner has a terribly unprofessional tone and attitude. The absolute WORST customer service experience I can ever recall. I had an appointment scheduled twice, once where the owner had something come up and he had to change last minute and another where I had something come up and I had to change due to my work schedule. He told me he wasn't going to schedule another appointment and I asked for alternatives and he initially only provided weekdays after I repeatedly said how hard the weekdays were due to work then he said I could call on Saturday morning and he said he would see if he can take me. I literally called 5 Saturdays following and then finally gave up, as from then on he was busy or out of town. I wish he had an online booking system and a way for customers to not have to speak with him because that is not his skillset. I will say I was looking forward to the detail because it looks like the work is great.

Purchased a car wash/detail voucher on groupon, called to schedule an appointment, no live person answer the call. Finally groupon customer service get hold of the merchant for me, it appears to me it is just a one man shop, the merchant said he is out town and won't be back after the date voucher is expired, and so he can't schedule me an appointment, and I will have to pay him full price for the service. I also stopped by at shop many times weeks before while I could not reach via phone, it is always closed. The store is located in a shabby back alley, see attached photo. The whole place is not reliable. Had to submit a dispute with my credit card company, stay away from this business. (update: Groupon customer service has given me a full refund given the circumstance. see message. Not sure whom the store is talking about in the response. Hopefully they can get a refund too)

I unfortunately had to use their services. Total Recon restored my car back to new. They were honest and an independent voice/advocate against the insurance company. Would recommend.

Wow, my car looks amazing! If you want your car to look like new again this is the place to go! I scheduled for an interior and exterior detail but got a few add ons. I had plasti dip on the rims that I’ve been struggling to get out for months but he was able to remove it leaving the rims looking amazing. I also got the headlights defogged, wax on the exterior and the car is sparkling now. I have grey leather seats and got the seats conditioned and they look brand new! I would highly recommend and definitely will return for another detail.

This place is shady. They'll hit you with a $50 pet fee when you have no pets. Waste of time.

My car looks beautiful!! I live in Virginia but that one hour drive to Laurel was well worth it. The owner isn’t very chatty, he probably won’t say much to you , but don’t be alarmed. All the energy goes into the work. Your car will look amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Absolutely excellent work.

My car looks awesome! I had an appointment and they started my car right away. I only requested a thorough interior detail and it took about 2 hours. There was a comfortable place to sit with free wifi while I waited. It was a little difficult to find as it is back behind main street and the entrance is from the alley. Overall I would recommend this shop and will be going back.

I missed an appointment and the owner redeemed the Groupon without warning. He stated that he has the right to redeem without providing service because I missed my appointment. I explained that this policy was never disclosed to me and I asked if this policy was listed anywhere. He told me it’s on his website. I called back to ask again because the website link on Groupon is under construction. He reiterated that he was the owner and I was not going to get a different answer from anyone else about the redemption of my Groupon, stating that this is the way he’s done business for 10+ years. I asked him to provide the policy in writing and he refused, saying “I’m telling you right now. I’m not putting it in writing because I’m not gonna go back and forth with you.”Will be taking legal action.

Visited this location today for a seat extraction. Extremely satisfied with the service and price. I got exactly what I wanted and I was impressed that it took less than an hour for my service! My kids were even able to sit with me and have lunch while we waited. I will absolutely visit this business again to service my vehicle.

I've never got my car detailed before so I called this establishment cuz it was close by I didn't even get past the phone call with the guy who answered the phone he had a real smart attitude and I just didn't even like it so I was turned off immediately from this business I won't be using it

I was treated very well. Everything was explained to me before I left my vehicle. My vehicle was filthy and had dog hair everywhere. I was beyond pleased when I picked up my car. Complete rip off, 130 for an outside wash of a vehicle? I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere to someone who is clear with their pricess and services prior to getting the vehicle cleaned.

This is the most unprofessional business I’ve come into contact with in a while. Disgusting and disrespectful. The owner needs a real reality check when handling customers that are affording them business. I do not recommend anyone use there services. Spend your money where you are appreciated as a consumer
