Outstanding! I went for an unscheduled pre-check and Jerome checked my F150 and Jerome spent time using the system ensuring it would pull a Dolly with a Corolla on it and how it all worked. He put a quote in the system for me and they'll ensure everything is setup on their lot before I take off for the west coast.

Terrible at reliability. Arrived at the site 10mins+ prior to closing and they refused to service even though the time for closing was still ahead of us. Called to speak to a manager afterwards and was left on hold till close. They need corporate to step in this site to fix this because it is unacceptable.

They told me to have the truck back before 5pm on a Sunday to avoid a $20 after hours fee. I arrived back a 4:35pm. When I checked the vehicle out they said to wait outside upon returning and someone would help me. After waiting a few minutes I went inside where a female employee promptly told me that if I was dropping off to leave the keys in the vehicle. Something told me to take a photo of the mileage, gas, time of drop off. They charged me the $20 anyway. The truck was good, in great shape, and drove well but getting charged for something I tried specifically to avoid is bothersome.

Shoutout to our local community heroes! Talk about an icon when it comes to reliable sources whenever you have any moving needs. It's been the same all my life. They have everything needed: blankets, boxes, dolly's, tape, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, straps, locks, paper to use for dishes, fragiles, etc. All sizes of vehicles for any need. We really needed over the four weekend and it was just what our budget could afford. We had ramp to use right to our front porch for easier loading and unloading. The model of our vehicle had room for three people, which added extra convenience to have enough people to help move. It's an easy process, but bless these employees, because some customers are grumpy, rushing, and demanding. So don't be that person, make nice, act like what you want to be treated. Appreciate the staff that are trying to help you help yourself. This crew is nice

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I reserved a truck in advance and expected to pick up quickly and efficiently as I usually can at other U haul dealers, but this was not the case. I asked the manager for assistance as there was a line and it was already cutting into my pick up time. He rudely told me to wait at the back of the line. We ended up getting the notification to check in on the app and it told me I can skip the line to get my car key. I go to my truck and they parking break will not release and I go to the supervisor and get nothing but attitude the entire time. I have paid for movers and had to cancel with them. I've never had this experience at U Haul. This manager should not be in this position the way he runs his store.

Hostile. Curt and rude. Woman at counter ignores me for 7 minutes and then tells coworker that I seem IMPATIENT so he should serve me...ghetto mumbling speech... Am blk too but this is unprofessional. First and last time am using this place. If you want to be spoken to properly..avoid this joint..

I have used this U-Haul dealer for many years and they have always been very good with supplies and equipment. The staff is very nice and helpful. Recently I was looking for an extension for a car hitch. I looked and called 8 places and no one carried one. I went to this place (I should have started here, my stupidity), and they had the best selection of items for an automotive hitch. I will not forget next time to start there first! Thanks!

U-Haul of Laurel, has robbed us of our money and keeps giving us the run around. They charged us over $500 without an explanation. My husband and I have both called and gone to the physical store to talk to a manager or someone in charged but everybody claims not to have an answer. Their customer service line keeps transferring us and nothing gets done in the end.

Prior to arriving online I did the precheck online even capturing my drivers license, etc to save time once I arrived that morning as we were on a tight schedule to get to Baltimore. Upon arriving there was a line of people in front of me that had not done the prework online it appeared so I had to wait behind them, no savings there. When I did get to the counter the reps were great but the process was to repeat everything and verify everything I entered online, including asking for the drivers license information and backup phone number which I had entered online. In a nutshell all the online data and images I did in advance did not save me any time period. I would ask Uhaul to review there check-in and queuing process since I was led to believe that providing the data online would get me in and out quickly. It didn't. The rental was fine, returning the van was quick and easy later in the day. Again the reps working for Uhaul were nice and professional. In the end, it was a good experience with the exception of the check-in process which needs to be improved.

I waited until the last minute to rent a truck to move into my new apartment. This Uhaul location made it super simple! The staff was very helpful and no one tried to pressure me into buying extras that I didn't need or want. The rent and return process went smoothly too! Whenever I end up moving again, I'm going to come back to this location.

Got my propane refilled here getting ready for all the grillin I am gonna be doing the rest of the Summer. Decent price compared to switching tanks. The fill up was pretty quick. The store was pretty busy, but they were able to fill up my tank without too much of await. I will definitely be returning here for my propane refill needs for grilling. I can not comment on the actual truck rental service, but there were a lot of trucks at this location and a ton of boxes. So it looks like it would definitely satisy all your needs that U-haul is known to offer.

This U-Haul is great. I had fast service and a friendly staff. I was moving to VA and had to call a few times to ask questions and they gave me good and practical advice. When I asked if I could drop the truck off after hours without paying for a 2nd day they said they would allow me to do so. When I did drop it off, before they closed, the staff was quick and explained everything to me in detail. Overall, every time I've gone to this location I've been treated great.

The parking situation here seriously needs to be rethought. Being forced to wait behind parked vehicles while customers are inside is not ideal when people are busy with a move.

Rented a truck for a one-way trip. The service was helpful though there was a little complication. The uhaul site only offered a tow dolly option but the csr told me that wouldn't work and I needed an auto transport. Without explaining that an auto transport is a different tow dolly I began to get frustrated. Well I was able to tow my car so that was good. However the car trailer did not work well with my 2dr sedan. I had to climb out the window to get out because the trailer fenders blocked my door. Luckily I can close and open my Windows without having to be in the car. Lastly the trailer is a beast to deal with loading and unloading as well as hitching. The ramps are locked in by heavy heavy duty springs. When hitching the lock mechanism is secure but complex because you can't nudge the trailer in any direction.
