Scheduled the install of an OEM 5th wheel/goose neck puck system on my 23 Super Duty. The original employee was given all the vehicle and product information and he scheduled the install. I then purchased the hitch from ford for $1300. The day before install, the store manager, Mark, called and stated they have never done an install of an OEM hitch but could install an aftermarket one. After discussing the issue with Mark, he still refused the install but emphasized they would install an aftermarket product. It’s the same install! The only reason I can come up with is they would lose money on the sale of the product. Very poor customer service.

Faster and more responsive that U-Haul for installing a hitch on a small car for a bike rack. Great customer service. The install was super fast and cheaper than U-Haul!

I haven't been there yet. I called for information pertaining to buying a tonneau cover for my RAM 1500. They answered the phone quickly. They explained everything to me and gave me the ballpark figure I was asking for. Headed there next week to get it installed. I'llupdate this review after that. Got there and talked to the lone counter person, who acted as though I was disturbing him. Out the door I went. Got my cover at ATO for a lower price and a LOT less attitude.

We had a broken latch on our Trifold Tonneau pickup bed cover. This bed cover has been on our pickup for sometime. We took it into Truck'n America Laurel and they replaced and installed two new latches, no charge. The bed cover is well past any kind of warranty, but it goes to show that the crew at Truck'n America stand behind the products they sale.Thank you Truck'n America!

I had Truck’n America install rain guards and nerf boards on my F-150. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work, the quality of the products, their efficiency with respect to time, and the price. I will definitely be returning for my future truck needs. Also, shout out to Craig!! His customer service skills were on point.

They were ready for me at my scheduled time. The installation of the hitch went smoothly and was done in the time advised. The staff was absolutely friendly, informative, and extremely professional.

Terrible experience with an employee. I called the number given to me by another employee and when the male person picked up, he kept talking over me and repeating..."what is the about" using my name several times as I was trying to explain why I called. He used the F-word several times as he bullied me and asked who gave me his number as he was going to F-word fire that F-word person. They know not to give out his number he said, as he doesn't "talk" to people. Not sure why he even answered the phone. Then he hung up on me. My customer wanted to purchase from this company in bulk (3 to 5 units) and I had to set the company up for payment via wire. I was trying to explain. I will advise my customer to go somewhere elsewhere with a more professional and less threatening environment. I did not tell him who the employee was that gave me the number as I felt this man might have some issues. Who knows what that temper might bring.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great work! This week I had the pleasure of coming to Truck'n America to have some running boards installed on my Telluride.
