Horrible place.
Bad customer service.
Small parking lot.
Constantly threatening that your vehicle will be towed.
Employees require better training
Would give 0 stars if possible.

Terrible uhaul experience! The associate was not there when I showed up to receive the keys for the truck. When he answered my call he told me he’s been there all day and can expect to wait an hour for his return. I arrived during my window time on time and he had no concern for customer service. Very rude and unprofessional!

Ownership has changed and made things chaotic including raising price on units. Overall property is solid…clean, orderly. Most units are outdoors, med-large, and easily accessible. Indoor units are smaller some on the second floor require a steep climb if you’re moving a lot of items.

Had my storage for about a year. Clean facilities. I didn't see rodent droppings so that's a plus. It's a little older facilities but secure and clean. Anwar and Mr. Lee were good.
