My least favorite Ulta/Sephora to visit.
They keep all the perfumes and colognes locked up.
No one is around if you need to ask for assistance.

Kathy is one of the best employees at ulta always so helpful and knowledgeable about many brands. I noticed she was even training the managers as well. She truly deserves a raise and a promotion. I also wanted to mention that one of the employees, Vanessa, was extremely disrespectful and condescending. If it were not for Kathy I would not be returning to this location.

Called this location to ask if they had a specific perfume in stock. I was told yes. When I arrived at the store I had to ask an associate if she could help me as there were none out on the display. She immediately said they didn’t have any without any attempt to look for the item. I then informed her that I had already spoken with another associate that morning to confirm that they had it in stock. She then continued to interrogate me as if she KNEW I could not have confirmed that with anyone at the store. There was another young lady who was instructed to look in back stock for the perfume as the first girl was working at the register. Low and behold, the perfume was indeed in stock in the back AS WELL AS behind the register. As she rang me up, she was more interested in looking at whatever was on her phone. I left feeling as if I was a bother to them and not happy with making any kind of purchase at this location. I usually love Ulta as the customer service has been friendly in the past but I will be avoiding this location for the foreseeable future. I am only leaving 2 stars because of the sweet lady that was doing a makeup application, made it a point to greet me as I walked by.

I stopped by about two weeks ago looking for a replacement for the MAC Studio Sculpt FX foundation I’d been using for over 10 years (which was sadly discontinued). That’s when I met Vanessa, and let me just say—she was amazing.
She was incredibly patient as I asked a million questions and tried several shades to make sure I was happy with the match. Not only did she find the perfect foundation for me, but she also took the time to teach me how to apply it properly. On top of that, she recommended a concealer, the right brushes, and even introduced me to an eyebrow pencil and gel to kickstart my brow journey.
Vanessa didn’t just sell me products—she educated me. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for my experience stood out immediately. I wasn’t even sure if she was the manager at the time, but based on how she carried herself, I had a strong feeling she was. She truly went above and beyond with her customer service.

I called the store to hold an item and confirmed with the rep that they will honor the app only special pricing. They placed me on hold to find the item and to get confirmation if the app pricing would be honored in store. When I was next in line the cashier pulled the item on hold for me, Which was the wrong one. Then she told me they cannot honor the pricing. I requested a manager and she apologized then offered a resolution, which I appreciated, but the staff needs to be on one accord and be aware of policies.

My boyfriend and I came into Ulta to return the Mighty Patch nose strips that I had just purchased a few days ago. I had mistakenly bought the wrong kind, thinking they were the blackhead-removing strips. They weren’t effective, so I wanted to return them. While there, I decided to browse around for a lash serum and picked up two additional products to purchase.
As I was browsing and testing products, I noticed an employee with an AKA lanyard around her neck watching me closely, as if I was doing something suspicious — I was simply for looking at products? I didn’t even bring a purse into the store, nor did I have any pockets. It felt like I was being profiled for no reason.
When we got to the register, I explained that I wanted to return the Mighty Patch but didn’t have my receipt, though I had used my loyalty account for the purchase. The cashier responded with a shady, condescending remark: “If it’s even in there,” implying I had stolen the item. She then proceeded to question me about when and where I purchased it — something I’ve never experienced before when making a return with my loyalty info.
The entire interaction was unprofessional, rude, and incredibly uncomfortable. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a retail store. I will never shop at this location again. The most I’ll be doing here in the future is returning items — they do not deserve to gain sales from me.

The associates don't speak when I come in, everything is locked away, the coupons are confusing. I only go for convenience.
