I never received my packages since December 23, 2023. Today is January 12, 2024. No response from UPS or Rachel Ray company as of today. It's under investigation at this point no refund or product has come to me.

Horrible service associate Kiki would not accept an envelope that UPS does not collect at this location and refused to take my envelope. I asked whether that was a UPS drop off, and when I started recording, he threatened to beat me up and break my phone. Extremely rude, horrible associate, and the manager was right there and did nothing when this person told me to meet her/him outside that he didn't care about helping clients or giving good service. I should have called the cops because he threatened my life. This person doesn't deserve a job working with clients. Lowlife is unprofessional and wants a paycheck but doesn't like to earn it. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE for UPS I also observed this associate being rude to another client refusing to help him explain the difference between two products so it wasn't just me this is how he is. I am in disbelief that Advance Auto parts would have a person or animal like this working for them.
