This is the only UPS store that charges for tape, the cashier said my box didn’t have enough tape and because of it i would need another strip. As much business as i do at ups i have never had this issue at other locations. Also for the store manager Seong shin to double down and encourage the petty behavior reassured me that i won’t be returning to this location

I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me. But he was really nice! He had such a positive attitude!! I appreciate that because I’ve never shipped anything before and was nervous. But he was so helpful.

The customer service was incredible!! Jeff was such a huge help! Courteous, professional and super helpful. I had to figure a few things out and he was super patient with me despite my not being prepared, and made sure everything was taken care of super quickly. The guy really is a pro! Would totally recommend coming here should you need to ship anything!

This has to be the worst store, they have told my wife and I several times that they do not accept Amazon returns. Another time I printed return label for another item to ship (in store), they waited until I printed label in this location to tell me to come back in an hour after I was already in the store because they were about to take lunch even though there were 3 employees standing there

I hate this situation so bad. Amazon return service to ups store is always giving pissed off. I am always asked for the box for return items from cashiers and it doesn’t make sense because on website its own and Amazon’ said no need box and labels . Wasting time to stop by and tried to drop off.

Wonderful customer service! Staff is always helpful, kind, and professional. I receive packages often, but can’t always pick them up within 24 hours from my leasing office. I decided to pay for a mailbox here and my packages are always secured until I can pick them up. Wonderful place, highly recommend!

This is my UPS store of choice. I have been using this location for years and always receive great service. Everyone is very polite and helpful.
I have used other UPS centers in the area and have not been happy with the service the other stores have provided.

Staff is courteous helpful and willing to help customers ! I’m never disappointed when I go there and is soo conveniently close to me but what impresses me is thier cheerfulness even at 4:00 pm when it seems they had a rough day they are always the same very nice ! Wish every store would offer that same attitude. I had to definitely give them a five star ratingl! We are always sometimes quick to complain and slow to compliment. We need to give credit where credit is due. One young man held the door for me patiently and told me to take my time! Yes great people!

I would like to highlight the notary at this location, Moon Jung Kim. I came in with a document that was more complicated than it needed to be and she dutifully read through the instructions (included because the other party knew this thing requested too many redundancies ) and followed them all to the letter with very neat handwriting.
