Had a very important package (large sum of money) that was supposed to be delivered with 2 day delivery. It got delayed multiple times with nothing being done to resolve the issue. I called the location and they provided false promises on package delivery. Very unprofessional.

Typically I do not write about u p s stores but I have to and reference to this one the gentleman that assisted me was the best i have ever had the Pleasure of dealing with any u p s. I've seen some of the reviews here and I know everyone has their own experience But today was a good day !!!

The store associates are friendly. Service is relatively quick. Lines are a little long though. Otherwise, overall satisfied.

My go to UPS location as it's close and never had any issues in getting my packages shipped/returned. Service for me has always been quick, easy, and friendly! They'll provide options in shipping or offering additional wrapping.

HORRIBLE ! Customer service is the last priority. They are lazy and rude. They wanted to complain to me about having to scan so many items because I had so many returns . But your job is to scan packages . Why would you be upset about having to do it? Plus Isaac is very argumentative. They don’t even speak any English. Just 1 which I’m fine with but then you don’t want to work , sad . I was wondering how they had a 2.3 star rating but after my first visit. I will not be returning. I’m certain if it wasn’t for it being a UPS store, they wouldn’t be in business.

Extremely RUDE!! He literally spoke to me like I was a 10 year old child and charged me $1.00 to put a strip of tape on the box, when the company clearly said I didn't need to package it back up.

dropped off a box containing two hvac refrigerant recovery machines valued at $1200. this place scanned the box in. no other scans afterwards. this package never left their building and now it's lost. they have been stolen. Please after reading this do not trust this place. look at all the negative reviews. there are alot of negative reviews. this place needs to be out of business.

Saturday hours posted online for Laurel store are WRONG. Store closed at 2:30 pm, 3 pm. Otherwise, customer satisfaction is great. Let's update hours, PLEASE!!

Its 5:40, went here for notary services and told let me ask if it was closed. The person at counter asked a woman and she said closed at 5:30. No dignity was visible nor pointed out when asked. If it were the case, the person should have known and pointed out the sign.

The most incompetent notary works here. She’s Asian and QUITE RUDE. She refused to write her name/date commission expires on my Power of Attorney form and proceeded to argue with my State Farm agent who tried to walk her through the steps. Either needs to be fired or retrained, because what?

We had a good experience when we went into the store to ship our belongings, for the most part. The only thing that rubbed us the wrong way is that they round up to the nearest 5lbs to calculate shipping charges, and were not transparent about this. In fact, we only noticed it because my significant other understands a second language (!) Our complaints are mostly with the lack of communication, defensiveness, and lack of responsibility they took for the damage done to the boxes, which were completely crushed, with items spilling out of them by the time they reached us on the West Coast. We understood that this was likely due to careless handling by UPS drivers, rather than the store itself, but the woman I spoke to would not let me finish a sentence when I called in after several attempts at getting information about the damage claims. Instead, she interrupted me, and seemed to be more interested in protecting her business than allowing me to explain what had happened. Do not ship your belongings through UPS. We had also shipped some belongings with FedEx and they arrived in much better shape, no crushed boxes, no items spilling out.

This UPS store staff are difficult to deal with for no reason. Every other location I’ve been to is relaxed and easygoing. This location has random caveats and fees attached to everything. It’s annoying because it’s the location nearest me but I won’t be coming back.

I brought in a package for overnight shipping way before the cut off time of 6PM, only to discover that the package was never shipped. I even went back into the store to confirm that the package would be shipped on time and they said it would. The package has not arrived nor has the delivery information been updated to reflect where it actually is.
