Did not get any help, I was following up on a lost package, they didn't care to offer any help, I was asked to call customer service.

Henry is problematic. Attitude fails to reflect the proper ideals of the post office. Poorest customer service anywhere. I didn't expect this at a p.o.

I came rushing in today exactly at 5 and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. He still let me in, helped me tape up my box, and made sure I was able to get everything taken care
