The lady (clerk 34 on receipt) working there was very rude and agitated because I asked if she could help me measure and weigh my package. She then got extremely agitated when I asked her to wait as I spent a few seconds to enter in my measurements and pay for my shipping to create a prepaid label to which she responded my patience is all out today. I will not be coming here again.

This is the most incompetent USPS location in the entire Universe. The one guy here does not care about anything. This location is RARELY open. No warning, just a sign on a door constantly that says oops, we're closed... sowie. I am thinking about going above them to complain, because this has been an ongoing issue for several YEARS now. The location closes early and MULTIPLE TIMES in a single day on rare days that they are actually open. Service here sucks, no accommodations or anything. Even though this is the closest location to me, I am hoping they close down or go under new management because I am always having to go out of my way just to get to a decent location that's further away. I've even asked this guy if he will be there OPEN when I return and he said YES each time. When I returned, 10 minutes to 20 minutes later - I am met with a sign on the locked doors.

Horrible! This location seems like it’s never open. Always a waste of my time to even try this location. When he is open, he’s rude. How is this even allowed to happen?

A very frustrating experience. I’d really expect a post office to be open or if they’re unable to open on regular hours, at least have a sign up stating so.
On Saturday morning (March 1st, 2025) I dropped by a little past 11 only to walk up and be met with a locked door and all the lights off.
I along with a few others who had walked up at the same time as me had to go to the next post office on Bowie Rd, which was a good 15 minutes away due to traffic.
I really don’t mind waiting in line if they’re short staffed, I just wish I didn’t have to be mislead by relying on normal hours causing me to waste my time and gas.

I arrived around 4:15 today. I needed envelopes but did not want to pay $10.99 per priority envelope so I told the clerk that I'd be right back and went to CVS in the complex across the street. Came back at 4:34 and the location was closed even though the door says that they close at 5. They do this all the time.

Showed up on a Monday at 4:42 PM (09/2024). Already closed despite the time being listed online and on the door for 5 PM. Very frustrating. Can’t make it any sooner since I had just gotten out of work.
