Zero stars, Arrived at 4:30 , completely closed. Hours posted say open till 5. I usually read reviews but this is a US post office that should be open during posted hours. Waste of a business location. Inconvenient, disappointing.

I hardly write reviews but the Asian guy working here has the nastiest attitude, and his unwillingness to help will have you angry. He told me I had to go home or to another post office to get tape to tape up my package. Like whaaaaaat? He needs to be fired and this place needs to be shut down!

I had an emergency where I had off a package, when I arrived there was several people waiting, no indicator advising that it was closed. Just then a big lady came out of the door and called me a dirty Mexican and told me off. She proceeded to punch 5 year autistic sister in her chest. What is going on here. What’s even happening at this point. No service not nothing.

They have their own hours. He locked the door as I was trying to walk in & it wasn’t even 5pm. Please get new employees or shut it down. Waste of space at this point

Big surprise, package was lost.The office itself and wait time was fine. The one employee there wasn't rude or unpleasant. However he just had me just set my package down on the scale and told me I was good to go.Didn't provide any type of receipt or confirmation so there's not even any evidence that I was there.Definitely not worth attempting to return something in the mail. I'll never try anything other than Amazon's Kohl's drop off location ever again :'(

Man working there is rude each time I come to this location. He will not accept packages and makes up random rules when he does not want to do his job. I HAD TO TELL HIM HOW TO MEASURE A PACKAGE because he tried to say it would not fit the sticker! BUG SURPRISE IT FIT ONCE HE PULLED HIS MEASURING TAPE OUT! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION!
