THE WORST I HAVE A POST OFFICE BOX HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY PO BOX THEY ARE EITHER CLOSING AND LOCKING THE DOORS AT 5PM AND THEY ARE NEVER OPEN AT 9AM I SAT OUT THERE TODAY UNTIL 10AM NO ONE SHOWED UP TO WORK. I NEED MY MAIL I PAY FOR A PO BOX ONLY TO NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY MAIL WHEN NEED TO. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE CAN SOMEONE FROM THE POST OFFICE LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.THEY ARE NEVER OPEN ON TIME. THE ONE LADY THAT THEY DID HAVE WORKING THERE WAS OTSTANDING AND DOING THE BEST SHE COULD. FIX THIS ISSUE I NEED MY MAIL I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT FURTHER.

There is nothing posted about the lunch hours ahead of time so you can avoid going there when they are closed for lunch. It would be really helpful if they have a set pattern of closing for lunch that they posted it somewhere.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Went there today at 4:20pm to get my redelivery mail and the person at the front desk (the short lady with a short hand) was so rude and had a horrible attitude at the beginning. She was sucking her teeth all the time and was being so sarcastic. She didn’t help me as much because when she went to look for my mail she told me to come back tomorrow to see if my mail was in the office because supposedly it wasn’t in there yet, when this whole time my USPS redelivery note says to pick up at this location and it’s the final notice so I had to leave any way. I came back inside at 4:41pm to ask her again and when she saw me she said the person in front of me was the last person?? Like excuse me, like really? They don’t close until 5pm. Ugh I really hate this usps location! Please don’t come here. If you don’t like your job then why work costumer service??

Horrible experience. Went to buy stamps. The rude woman told me they don’t sell stamps there. The mail system that requires stamps apparently doesn’t sell them…ridiculous

customer service is good but they need more people working … everytime i go now it’s a line and only two cashiers, and one isn’t able to do transactions. or they need to get a self service kiosk like most other ones have

Marsha is amazing!! Super friendly and efficient. An incredible asset to USPS. I come here frequently around 10-12 most days to drop off items for our business and never have an issue

Wasted my gas going to this location only to find a long line and an “out to lunch” sign. The line was long and folks had been waiting for over an hour. This is ridiculous. Either you’re open or you’re not but nobody has time to wait wondering if anyone is going to show back up from lunch. This is par for the course with post offices in Laurel. They are all horrible and there’s absolutely no oversight. Laurel, do better!

Do yourself a favor don’t go there if u don’t want to mess up your day. J Lee is rude, disrespectful, and ignorant. She’s not a good fit for customer service I went to the counter greeted her she ignored me and have the nerve to ask me” what do you want” is that how you treat customers? Please hire better people cause clearly she doesn’t know how to talk to people. However, this isn’t the first incident, but today was the worse. If I could give this place 0 stars i would have.

Arrived at this location during business hours and the shudders inside that are in front of the service desk were down, no one was working. The lobby was open but no one was inside. All of the people lined up were confused and frustrated. This was at 2pm on a Monday.

This place used to be alright, but now they are closed all the time. 10am on a Monday? Closed. 12pm on a Friday? Closed. 3pm on a Wednesday? Closed. Don't bother coming to this location.

For the last 8 months I been receiving someone else’s mail I been calling and was told it would stop it still continues y’all don’t even deserve this one star and I’m still waiting for an investigation to happen

I asked to get a print out of my label. I was told to use the the self service. I was unsuccessful. I went back in line only to be told they don't print out labels. I waited in line for 40min when she could've told me that at the beginning.
