“I went on the 5th of July to get balloons for my son's birthday weekend. I bought balloons there and brought 1 balloon to be filled. Well ended up being a dud unfortunately. Brandon is who helped me and was patient and tried his best to fix the issue. I very much appreciated and wanted the management to recognize his patience and helpfulness and customer service.
This was all despite other customers interrupting him as he was already hands tied with another customer.
I also wanted to mention the lady who was on the register next to him (the cashier) had just as much patience and was getting those customers in and out while handling the ones trying to overstep other customers being helped first. I hope management recognizes her as well. It got busy fast and they both did an excellent job.”

“It’s a nice big store, they are abundantly well stocked. Everything is placed properly. I love the vinyl figurines here. They have less selection here.
Art & craft, beauty section is great! Toys section is okay, have seen wide selections at other five below stores.
Staff is very polite and helpful. Great candy stock!
There’s plenty of parking, it’s close to Aldi & Lowe’s!”
“In these days with a noticeable decline in customer service, this store is a delightful outlier. I was warmly greeted by a friendly employee when I entered, was offered assistance with my large items and she even helped me get them outside once purchased. It was the best service I have received in a long time.”
“08/05/2025-Visited the store looking for picture frames. I know - should have just gone to “ Hobby Lobby” or “Michael’s”. I love Five and Below because is largely stocked, colorful and full of fun stuff five dollars $$$ or below. They stand by the name! I did nit find anything to buy, but enjoyed the experience of browsing the aisles. Nice staff.”

It has all the items I like such as stationary , The Wafers , And Drinks I like such as Hawaiian Punch and other Sodas .When I need something from there it's the place I would love coming too . It has a great cashier and family management team . For some place small it has very good items there . I have always good experiences there every time I came. It has a great atmosphere friendly , inviting , and relaxing . When I needed help there I was helped with no questions asked . If you like this place and it's Hospitality Like I do , This place is the one for you . So come on down to the Dollar store and get an experience you won't forget . “Gotta live a classic FYE. The $5 bin is the best! I usually ship for Funko Pop figs here, but, they still sell music CDs and DVDs, at a time where everything is streaming based. I like the options. The only thing I don't care for is the prices. They definitely make you pay full price. LOL”
