On Feb 7, I visited the Verizon store in Laurel, MD, because my daughter’s (Cay) phone was displaying a solid ‘green screen’. Cay was in Louisiana (LA) on vacation with a non-operable phone.A pleasant saleslady (I didn’t get her name), served me. I shared the info and asked how can Cay get an immediate phone fix in LA. The saleslady proceeded with researching the issue and discovered this was a known issue. Since we had insurance Asurion was contacted.The Asurion operator, contacted the Apple store in LA for an appointment to get her phone fixed. The store didn’t have any appointments until the following week. The operator continued searching for a place that could do an immediate fix. She contacted uBreakiFix in LA. They had an opening and got her right in. Cay’s phone was fixed! The best part is because she had insurance, the cost was $0.A HUGE “Thank You” to the saleslady in Laurel, MD and the Asurion operator for working together for a VICTORIOUS ending!

Poor customer service! Mr. HOLLEY, was upfront about the trade in process but once it came to some issues on my account he was NOT honest. He knew exactly what the ending transaction would be but instead he charged me for items that did not benefit me(the customer) in the long run. They just want your money! As a sales/store manager in the retail(financial services) industry for 10 years always be upfront with your customer, that’s how you retain customer rentention.

Thank you!! Your customer service and ability to explain trade-ins and outright purchasing new devices has proven my point to purchase from the Columbia store. Please note, customer experience is key in developing repeat/loyal customers!

Alphonso went above and beyond. Great product knowledge, offered us additional promotions, helped us transfer data to our new phones, and even drove to another store to pick up a phone he didn't have in stock. I will ask for him next time

Benjamin from the Laurel Verizon, has been wonderful, have been patient with me through the whole process, including downloading and uploading information from my old phone to my new phone. He also recommend some new products, along with my new phone. He kept me up to date of the process. Very knowledgable of the tech side of things and very good people skills. I felt much at ease. It was a productive and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend him to assist me in any new products. He was great!! Rosemarie A. Tucci.

Good knowledgeable people that made the systems delays tolerable. very supportive people. check your system, they have to put up with a lot of system delays.

The Verizon Store in Laurel is the absolute best. The customer service is exceptional. The store is always clean and the employees...well I can't say enough about how wonderful they all are.

Staff is polite and knowledgeable, but it is not a corporate Verizon store, but rather an authorized retailer. That means you wil be charged for services that a free at Verizon store. FOr example, a SIM card replacement, which is free at Verizon, will cost you a whopping $21 here.

Says it closes at 9. Here at 8:45 and it’s locked with the sign saying open. There’s a worker there just sitting on his phone and acted like he didn’t see me.

My experience at this Verizon store was ok but I faced a challenge that I am not ok with. In went to upgrade my phone and was dealing with a worker by the name of Patrice. Patrice failed to explain all the extra charges on my bill after upgrading my phone. She also kept harassing my phone after initially leaving the store for the first time. Apparently she did not complete the entire upgrade process, and decided calling my phone everyday and every hour was the answer. It was not, in her not explaining the extra charges. I found my bill about $500 higher which has never happened before. Unfortunately, I still had to pay the unnecessary amount which is currently causing me financial hardship at the moment. While I still plan to stay with Verizon, if I need to visit this Verizon store again, I WANT NOTHING AND NEVER WILL RECEIVE HELP FROM PATRICE AGAIN!!!!!!
