Typing this as I sit in the drive through line waiting to pick up prescriptions for the very last time. There were 2 cars in front of me when I arrived 30 minutes ago. Sadly this is not an anomaly. I also consistently have issues with Rx refills. They are slow to fill, often don't have the quantity I need, forcing me to come back a second time, or the auto refill doesn't work. They also didn't have a basic pain medication I needed after surgery, forcing me to go to a second location while in pain. The pharmacists themselves have always been nice and helpful, but everything else about this pharmacy is awful. I try to be forgiving because we have a healthcare worker crisis right now, but I've been switching my prescriptions gradually to a new pharmacy where I encounter none of these issues so there's definitely a problem with this pharmacy. ***Update 2/22/23 Here I am stupidly sitting in the drive through waiting to grab one last Rx. One car in front of me when I arrived, so far I've been waiting 27 minutes. For the love of all that is holy, do NOT use this pharmacy unless you like wasting large amounts of your time. (Ended up taking 45 minutes for me to get 2 Rxs)

By far the worst pharmacist I have ever encountered told me he couldn’t pull up his system and gave me 3 pills and than told me if he remembers when I come back he will give me more. I have no way of determine if the medication he gave me is the correct medication. No label or anything

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. Rude staff, I wouldn't recommend going here ESPECIALLY to that pathetic false Pharmacy! They give you misinformation on medications as well, when you try to tell them the issue they become so rude, low life animals if you ask me.

In & out as usual. Walgreens always has a sale on something. This location only ever has two cashiers working. Be careful pulling in and driving back out of both entrance ways. It's like a rat race from Washington Blvd on both sides.

This Walgreens suck. They're very slow and understaffed. ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY! The pharmacy NEVER answer the phone. They take forever to fill prescriptions. I once waited in the drive thru line 20 mins for a prescription that was ready 2 days before I went to the pick it up. I would've canceled it but I had already prepaid through the Walgreens app. If you value your time, go to a different Walgreens.

I switched to the Walgreens across from the CVS on Baltimore Ave, Laurel because CVS was soooo bad! I think everyone has done the same thing now and now Walgreens is inundated with customers. So now we are faced with long wait times and bad service

I don't always leave reviews, but do you ever meet an associate and think "Yeah, I bet your quite popular on Yelp". If possible 0/5 stars, in reference to the older woman working night shift. The store is beautiful, clean, organized and probably due only to the fact that the staff exudes such horrible energy that I don't think anyone wants to shop there. She exudes the same energy as the receptionist (Roz) in Monsters Inc. Not only was she bothered to ring me out but did not speak one word. Not an ounce of self respect in that hag let alone customer service. I think it's important to show up and out for yourself and if you can't even do the bare minimum of what your job requieres, then maybe you should consider unemployment. With that attitude it's only fitting you stay behind closed doors, away from everyone else so that people don't have to have a smack down with the mucinex monster at the register to buy some overpriced cold medicine. I hope you see this and remember me! I had the pink long sleeve shirt on. Fix your face!

I like this location because it has easy access from both north and southbound Route 1 and is close to home abd almost always has the items I want in stock. There's a good amount of parking, and it's almost never busy inside, which makes shopping a breeze. The prices are reasonable but do differ from the online prices for pickup. Gosh, the way an employee treats you goes such a long way! I went yesterday and the cashier was super unprofessional and unhappy having to run the register solo and do the photo area and handle curbside orders, stressful indeed. It just put me in a bad mood. Today I picked up a different order and a different employee, Carmalita, was super upbeat, outgoing, friendly, and helpful. Wish all employees could be like this. Brightened my mood. Yesterday I had decided not to come to this location because I have many options in the area, so I'm glad this is still in the running after today's interaction.

Not sure if they're understaffed or just horribly disorganized, but I've spent almost two hours on hold. Twice now the hold message has started telling me that the pharmacy is on a meal break, even though it's after 4pm??? On my first attempt I finally got to be the next person in the queue when I was disconnected after 75 minutes! And this is all because for the second time a standing refill says "Due to a technical issue, please call your local pharmacy to complete your order." The last time this happened, no one seemed to know why this happened, but it was pretty easy for them to get the prescription filled once I was finally able to talk to someone. At this point it may have been faster to go to the store in person and wait in the ever-present line instead of this.

Started shopping here since they opened in 2013, held off the Rx until I got a feel for the timing. Well thank goodness I did because judging from the experiences of friends, Yelpers and my time near the pharmacy waiting part--this place is dead. You hardly ever see cars in the drive through nor people waiting so that is an indication to me that people are staying away. They never have what is advertised, always out of the good stuff whether nasal spray, candy, nail polish or deodorant. Many basics are grossly overpriced. Better prices at the supermarket. The building is clean and neat. Parking is excellent and is easy to enter and exit. However the employees are in outer space. Either they do not know how to help you when there is a problem NOT YOURS or they clearly are not trained sufficiently in order to make transactions smooth and not give customers the good old WT or WalgreenTrauma. So sad that what could be a great shopping experience near my home is left barren due to zero customer service and no inventory. Sigh... There may be better Walgreen's near Laurel, but this is not a good one!!

I literally do not understand how a pharmacy can be this disorganized?? I get a text that my prescription is ready so I head to the drive through. I decided to time it cause it’s always insane & I waited twenty two minutes! Then when I finally pull up theres no pharmacist there, had to literally call to get seen. I don’t know if they need to hire seven more people or just train the few that they have but it’s insanely frustrating to go to this pharmacy. Everyone seems nice enough when you’re finally seen, but it’s bordering on incompetent at this point. If you can, go anywhere else because I’ve wasted literal hours waiting on them here.
