If you are looking for a Pharmacy and Pharmacist that treats you as a valued customer look no further than the Walgreens at Laurel Bowie Rd. Just a first class group of people. Prices are also very competitive.

I have never been in a store where the manager can not override the system to give you the lesser price. The managers doesn't care if you leave without the items you wanted.

I’m posting this review as a warning to others because the pharmacy hours are inaccurate and they are uninterested in making them accurate. I arrived at 1:30 on Sunday and found the pharmacy closed with a sign on the security grating saying “Closed For Lunch. Come back at 2:00.” I went to Food Lion to kill half an hour, then came back and waited for ten minutes. When it didn’t reopen, I asked at the front of the store. They told me it’s closed on Sundays and that sign is just always there. It didn’t used to be closed on Sundays, so I took for granted that the posted sign was accurate and wasted a bunch of time. I told the cashier it would be nice to have a sign that said “Closed” instead of “Come back at 2:00,” and of course he didn’t care. So… don’t come here on Sundays.

Just stopped by to pick up a package that said it arrived here. The guy there just said they didn’t revive it but idk . Ion play about my packages. Kinda seem shady.

NEVER fill a prescription at this Walgreens. They will give you the wrong medication and won't let you return it even though they messed up. Communication is horrible and customer service at the pharmacy is even worse.

A woman with a toddler and baby were begging for money outside of the store, maybe the manager can give her a job instead of harassing customers all day.

The long-time employees in the Pharmacy give good customer service, but the entire Pharmacy Staff needs to be retrained on the whole purpose of the Drive-Through, which is SPEEDY SERVICE! Other customers should NOT be allowed to sit in the Drive-Through for greater than 5 minutes, holding up the line for everyone else! If what they're doing is taking that long, they MUST be told that they have to COME INSIDE to complete their business!!!
