I forgot to write my review for this Wawa, I’m furious because there was this white woman at night shift that accused me of robbing because I simply picked up my online order and she humiliated me in front of everyone for something I paid for and did not offer any apologies after she was proven wrong. Horrible service from a white woman with dark hair.

Horrible and the lady who makes the hot drinks in the morning talks way too much (made me late twice) and makes HORRIBLE drinks. I try to avoid this location and go to the new one. It’s night and day

A young skinny white lady with black hair has the worst customer service ever, will never be coming back to this Wawa location in Laurel because of this woman’s attitude, this occurred at 8:30 pm on 10/21/2025 so whoever it was please get her checked or train her better cuz she’s rude, and no customer deserves to go through that.

Bad staff, I ordered from the mobile app like I always do in every other Wawa, first time ordering from this specific location and a white lady that’s working there literally stopped me and accused me of theft for grabbing a soda from the soda machine? When I literally had redeemed it from the app along with my order. This is absurd and I hope it isn’t racism, whatever it is I have never felt so wrongly accused before, never coming back here again.

Propane price prined on the self-service machine is incorrect by 2 dollars and is extremely slow and hard to see in the sun. Exchange price printed is 23.99 but the charge is 25.99+tax. This place has been causing traffic at the intersection to be crazy. They need to add a better exit.
