Edit: Was kick out just to take tickets of the trash and she wasn’t very pleasant to ask me to leave but being rude. I came to buy coffee and these tickets has a reward system and some have second chance to win from these losing tickets. Like come on.

This location is very unprofessional, rude, and has terrible customer service! It was very slow in the morning and I went to get a breakfast sandwich. My order wasn’t ever called but put to the side. After 20-30 mins of waiting I asked if that was order “##” and they said yes. I asked why wasn’t my ordered called and the person making my food Said they called it which was a lie because I made it in the store and waiting patiently. I’m never coming here again!

I ordered my food online, and my order was never prepared and they didn't help me either, they even told me to make a new order and that I would pay for my food a second time!!! it's so crazy

Every time I come here there are people standing at the door begging for money days and nights. You would think the store Manager would tell them to leave . I even reported it to him but they are still here.

Typical Wawa. Food is decent. The place is clean. The staff is rude, inefficient, slow and not educated in the job they do. The sandwich I ordered was prepared "standard", without the additions and modifications I made. I placed my order and paid through the app, but they didn't have 2/3 of what I ordered, so I asked for a refund for items unavailable. Turns out nobody knows how to do that. They couldn't even give me a receipt for what I ordered vs what I got. I had to waste over 15min trying to call CS for a refund, and they did promise to grant it, but while all this took place, my food of course got cold, and of course they wouldn't even heat it up, let along remake it. Never using mobile order again. It's a shame how such a useful feature becomes a burden due to slacky employees and lack of corporate foresight.

TJ made our morning- was a breath of fresh air and made our drinks BOMB! The kitchen is slow at night but go see Ms TJ inna morning making drinks she will take care of you!

Gone here a handful of times and it’s always iffy. Food is never ready when we get there to pick it up and we order ahead on the app to give them time in advance until we get there. Just recently ordered here on the app and got there with only 1 girl behind the counter making around 10 orders herself while a manager and 2 other girls just stand and walk around without helping. The food is usually good, BUT the service and the atmosphere has been horrible every single time. We usually go in the evening time so not sure if that is part of the reason or what. Props to the 1 girl though trying to get everything done herself, you’re doing great!
SIDE NOTE: went back today and they never even started our online order by the time we got there. The girls said they were making 5 orders before ours. Stood there for 20-30 minutes and turns out it was sitting behind the register the ENTIRE time. When asked for our order, the one girl said “one moment my register is down”.. okay? You don’t need the register, our order has just been sitting there and it’s paid for, there’s no reason you can’t hand it to us.
Haven’t had a good experience here YET in the time we’ve been here. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

Didn't have change for 100 so I could get 50 dollars of gas. Had to call manager. Gross pig of a woman named Amy came over and gave me a stupid look... or just had a permanent ew look on her face because I preferred not get change back in all 5s. Ignored me and spoke to cashier as if I wasn't there.

This Wawa was super clean and nicely kept! The staff member at the register was really nice :)
Soda Freestyle machine mix recipe of the day: Mello Yello Zero with Cherry and Mello Yello Zero with Limeade. Mixed as 1/3 cherry and 2/3 limeade.

I ordered a tuna sandwich and a turkey sandwich and they both looked like this when we got in the car. This location makes the worse sandwiches. My tuna sandwich was so sloppy that I had to throw it away because it fell apart. The person who ordered the turkey threw there’s away because it fell apart as well. A total waste of money. Wawa needs to do better when putting together their sandwiches. Subway would neverrrr. I’m never ordering food from this Wawa location.

Just went to the Wawa I order from all the time and was told that they no longer do smoothies before 7pm. I don’t know if that’s true or if these people just figured out the McDonald’s loophole so they don’t have to work but either way it’s a bad business decision. Also super unlikely to be true since I just got a smoothie Wednesday at 10am
