When I filled out the application to take the apartment, they made me give a good review. I have lived here for years and a half, they gave me an apartment without remodeling and they gave me a bonus for taking it. Now they are demanding that I leave the apartment due to alleged complaints from the floor below that there have been floods when it is not true. They canceled my contract and they only give me 30 days to leave the property or I will be sued, I am supposed to leave and continue paying for 4 more months, they also towed my car when I was supposed to be paying the application and the damage was $1500 and this lady She says she could only help me and they only refunded me $100.
I advise that if you are going to move, think twice since for everything they are threatening to cancel the contract because it also happened to a neighbor of mine.

I Absolutely HATE this place! IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD. The leasing office staff is useless and DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. They don’t send out notices when they’re about to cut off water, bang on your ceiling at 7am, and BLOCK YOUR CAR FOR AN HOUR with work trucks that they swear they had no idea about! On Each floor of my building there is someone in a DV situation so my 4 yr old hears that all night! They’ll tow your car during the day even though guest parking is for overnight! The trash cans are overflowing into the street EVERYDAY! To top it all off they will tell maintenance to not fulfill a request if you have a balance BECAUSE THATS NOT ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The new leasing staff will continue to be the downfall of this complex! DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT!

I’ve been leaving here since 2012 and since they change owner it’s very bad there’s not enough parking lot. Maintenance try the best but they take long customer service, It’s good they improve. It was kind of bad. you pay for parking and you don’t even find one. You have to pay for visiting parking . no good everything change for worse I really don’t recommend it. I’m trying to find some other place but it’s hard expensive to. We already went to strike rent last two years I was with casa Maryland. But it went for worse this year, when we renew the rent again. I don’t recommend that they need to do any improvement inside the units to remodel everything But they always get you excuse. So I really don’t recommend it. And the school for the kids it’s bad no good school. Now these days everything anywhere you go it’s gonna be hard to. I will leave it up to you. Good luck.

There have been different office staff but I can say that our p resent Silvia n staff have been kind and helpful.

I moved from Boston 6 months ago and have had a great experience in both the community and the apartment. Silvia, the manager, and her assistant Miuriel do a very good job helping everyone resolve their concerns. The pool is great!

I am very happy in my new home and very satisfied with the treatment and kindness of Silvia and Muriel and I highly recommend these apartments, they are very comfortable and quiet and you get to know the management and maintenance very quickly, I am very cordial 😍🥰👍🥰
