“Lydia always seems to be working when I go in to make my returns and the customer service experience is always a 10/10. She is friendly, patient and goes above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs are taken care of before I leave. She even offers to take my trash and throw it away for me! On my most recent trip in, I had a box paired up with the wrong QR code and she was so diligent to catch that the name on the box didn’t match the label. It’s very rare to have that kind of customer service experience anymore but it’s always a guarantee with Lydia!”
