Don’t go here to have things notarized unless you want them to run you around. The notary is never there and when he does show up he leaves early most days. This is my fourth time coming in to use the notary services because the first two times he wasn’t in. The third time I finally had the guy working write down his hours and the fourth time I came in he was surprisingly there but I forgot a form I needed. I ran home to get it and I came back before 5 (when he supposedly leaves on Friday) and he was not there once again. I was told he left early. It also seems he has no idea what he’s doing since I had to have a photo notarized and he didn’t even realize I was missing a form to do so. He told me to just paper clip my photo to the rest of the papers. Just save yourself the time and effort and go somewhere else.

It's not really busy which means that you can get in and out with no problem. It's as neat & clean as it can be for a packaging processing center. The employees are helpful and work very efficiently which is very appreciated.

Troy and Jack were beyond helpful returning 20 Amazon items. They deserve a raise. Their kindness and helpfulness was through the roof. I would 100% recommend using this store!

I took two items to return to Amazon per the instructions provided on the Amazon website to just take the items to the nearest UPS Store with the QR Code. It was clearly printed on the paper with the QR code that no boxes or labels were required. I didn't even have the original box because it was destroyed in delivery by UPS. The employee at this store refused to take the items unless I had a box. He didn't even offer to sell me a box. I called Amazon Customer Service and confirmed with them that this store was supposed to have taken the items, scanned the QR code and sent them back to Amazon per their corporate agreement. It is clear that either these employees were not properly trained, or they were just too lazy to be bothered.

I had an amazon return and was in and out in under a minute. All I had to do was let them scan my return code and they took care of the rest. It was great!

Pretty much worthless unless you have Amazon returns.They don’t accept business accounts, and when I went ahead and opted to ship without my business discounts I was still denied for shipping ammunition even though it was in properly marked packing per UPS and federal guidelines. Ironically, it was UPS who delivered the ammo to me…
