“So, I'm not going to lie; having a vehicle towed in the middle of the night sucks. I was ticked.. who wouldn’t be? Here is the thing though: I was towed because I broke a rule. It's a tough one to take, but you just have to admit when you are wrong. Jay(Fly, Eagles Fly ? )was polite and cooperative. I have nothing but positive things to say about the man. He was helpful and respectful, explained the rules about why I was towed, and showed me the pictures of my violation. He did a walk-through inspection of my vehicle with me, explained the process, and was highly professional. He even let me use his light to look at my truck. I appreciated the respect he had for my vehicle and for me. It’s a dangerous and challenging job, and he waited after hours for me to pick my truck up. JNJ catches a lot of bad reviews, and I think this is unfair. They are just doing their job. Lucky thing for me in the end my door was unlocked and my wedding ring was in the truck.
