“A few weeks ago Penske truck rental was a great help to us, moving from Utah to Maryland. We originally pre-paid $3,000.00 to a moving company to handle our move. When they arrived the cost was doubled. Long story short, got in an argument with them regarding the cost, they got mad and left. (Still trying to get our $3,000.00 back because they breached our contract, not us. Now what do we do? A close neighbor and friend called Penske to rent a truck to move ourselves. Penske staff were absolutely wonderful, in setting up a truck and dolly to haul our car at the last minute. They only problem we had was Penske was an hour away from our home, but we dud not mind as we wanted to leave the next morning. We have moved a few times, but never with Penske. The 6 day trip was comfortable driving their truck. ANYONE PLANNING A MOVE, LONG OR SHORT DISTANCE, DONT CALL A MOVING COMPANY, CALL PENSKE. Your will not get screwed. From now on, any move we make will be with Penske. Their staff is very sensitive to you moving needs, and will do anything they can to make your move as comfortably as they can.”
