I am on vacation and one of my vials of insulin broke. Let me tell you! Gabby that works in the pharmacy was INCREDIBLE to work with. She kept calm, (I was not) she knew just how to help me, she got things in motion, and she followed up when she didn't have to. She has definitely set the bar high. I cried because she made things so easy (not a crier). I don't know how things work at Walgreens, but she deserves a raise! Thank you again, Gabby!

Visiting Leonardtown Maryland from Florida needed some prescriptions filled and they were so helpful and got my prescriptions transferred from my Walgreens in Florida to their Walgreens in Leonardtown Maryland. So helpful and kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends.

You'll go to pick up meds after receiving notification, be told to wait an hour and then receive a bottle dated a week prior. Something seems off and the staff is extremely rude. From store manager to pharmacy manager to techs and even cashiers. Been late to work on several occasions due to their "policies" and it has been unacceptable. Pulled to go an hour away rather than deal with all this added stress.

i wish i could leave 0 stars. just picked up my photo order and was so excited with how fast they printed, but some of these photos are completely unusable and it was more expensive than other places i’ve bought from. very disappointed and won’t be ordering pictures here again.

The rudest employees AND managers when you try to find resolution to an issue. Complaints and reviews mean nothing to this store. Just like their customers .

I had the pleasure of working with the pharmacy technician, Gabby, during my times at this Walgreens location.Gabby is well versed in the medications, contraindications, and overall litany of questions a client might have. She consistently answers my questions and makes me feel “heard” when I visit. On the rare occasion that Gabby is “stumped” by a question, she is quick to consult her pharmacist Jennifer.I appreciate that she puts her guests/clients first when working on filling orders & working with doctors offices/insurance companies to get accessible options for medication at a reasonable price and in an acceptable time frame.

I use to be die-hard CVS customer. A special offer, for Walgreens, came across my phone and I thought, “Why not give it a try.” My apprehension walking in was soon diminished when greeted by this adorable Pharmacy Technician named Gabby who greeted me with a nice friendly smile and relaxed all my fears. I have been back to Walgreens and even transferred my prescriptions over. Every time I return, either the Pharmacist, Jennifer, or the Tech, Gabby, greet me by name and even ask about my life and if everything is going well. They make me feel like family.

Released from hospital after surgery with a prescription called into Walgreens. Called Walgreens to ensure it would be open and told it was open until 9 PM. Showed up at 7:30; pharmacy was allegedly close but pharmacist was present in the pharmacy. After 40 minutes of attempting to get the prescription dispense the pharmacist simply walked out. The store manager refused to call her back. Did not receive prescriptions, and by then, it was too late to transfer to another Walgreens. Walgreens has zero care for its patients. DO NOT USE!

My first time in this Walgreens. This one is a bit of a drive for me, but it was the only one offering the covid booster vaccine. I easily made an appointment online. Showed up on time and did not have to wait. The staff explained everything in a clear manner and I was walking out the door about 10 minutes later fully vaccinated. The store itself is in a strip mall, and is a bit dark and dingy and on the small side. It's also pretty dirty inside, the floors could use a good sweeping and scrubbing.

I received my flu shot today at the Leonardtown Walgreens. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. I was appreciative of the tech and the pharmacist who also filled my blood pressure prescription very fast. The store might look rough but the service is great. Thanks again for being frontline hero's. It's not easy.

I was assigned to this pharmacy for my second dose of covid vaccine. I expressed concern that they were misspelling my name in their computer system. The pharmacist said her pharmacy tech has spelled my name wrong in their computer system (as in, she didn't do it) and then refused to correct it. She said it was "fine" misspelled. I explained that I was concerned that it won't be associated with my insurance or be sent to my doctors office properly, and it's something I definitely want to have accurate proof of. The pharmacist outright refused to correct it. So now my documents confirming my second dose have the wrong name on them.

The worst! You need to give your pharmacy team some training on customer service. Lost my business

I made the mistake of requesting Jennifer, the pharmacist to administer my first covid shot. I came in requesting a pharmacist because I was extremely nervous. I even acknowledged that I took her away from her work and said "thank you for stopping what you were doing to give me this shot". She rolled her eyes at me.. She basically just jabbed it in without explaining anything and did not ask me to relax my now swollen arm. I was pretty shocked. After this she was very hostile and made me feel like I was bothering her. She did not ask me to wait 15 min, and did not clean or bandage the area after administering the shot. I felt like a burden and she just basically stared at me until I left as if to say "What do you want? We are done here". I used to work for a vets office in Los Angeles California and they made us take seminars on compassion fatigue. A VETS OFFICE OFFERING A SEMINAR ON COMPASSION FATIGUE. Walgreens, do you know what compassion fatigue really is? Are you stressing this woman out so badly that she is at the point of hating people and loosing the capability of understanding when someone's afraid? Or have you hired someone unfit for this job? Don't let Jennifer give you a covid shot, request a technician. They seem like they actually care. I will be getting my second shot from another company all together.
