As another business, I'd like to state that this place of business has poor staff members and the manager/district manager is someone whom does not attend to customer's in a serious situation. The situation I am still currently dealing with is a refund status that they claimed to process in full but really did not do so. I've asked for surveillance to be involved for proof but it just seems that I can not get in contact with anyone that can help me. We bought batteries and brought back the batteries for refund but the staff member told me to come back the next day remaining, to get the refund but the next day I came back they gave me a receipt with still no refund and claimed it was refunded. SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS STILL HAS NOT BEEN PULLED UP FOR THIS MATTER. ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBER POCKETED THE MONEY AND NOT ONE OF THE STAFF OR SUPERVISORS ARE HELPFUL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF "BUSINESS".

I was trying to fix my headlight and I managed to buy the wrong bulb. Then I turned and tightened where my actual headlight was and it came back on, so I realized I didn't really need a bulb and that I had bought one for the high beams ....Anyways, I went back in minutes later for a refund. The fella said "but you opened it!". Now from my accounting classes from college we learned that a product can be returned as long as it's not damaged. I have returned numerous opened items to Walmart and such over the years. I understand that some things cannot be returned like underwear and food and maybe there's some reason that car stuff cannot be returned that someone could of explained better to me. I would of understood, but I'm really not feeling the "but you opened it!" thing. There is nothing on the receipt about returns. It usually says something about return within 30 days or something or that they don't do returns. I don't know if this something that happens every car part place anyways, but for now I don't plan to go back to this store because that was not cool. I just kind of wanted to share so others can be aware.

I had them look up a part for my car to put it on when I got home. They needed up giving me the wrong part and I only figured that out when I was in process of putting it on. Then called and spoke to manager about one of their employees giving me the wrong part and her insisting that she cant exchange it even though it’s there fault. I didn’t even install the product because it wouldn’t fit I had my receipt and everything i wasn’t trying to return it or anything just change it out and they would even admit to their own mistake. This is not how u do business. Will not be going back or recommending anyone of my customers to go here again.

Visit store on 1/29/22, once inside store five men standing at the front of store didn’t know who was employed nor did someone asked if I needed help. This is the second time visiting this establishment both times no one was helpful not sure if it was because I was a female or not. I will follow-up with speaking to management or higher because the treatment I was given is unacceptable!

Had to buy refrigerant, they jacked up the price by about 2-4 times, obviously due to the fact it's in the summer and the heat. but I didn't have a choice because I really needed it. The staff was remarkably unhelpful, and the first bottle I bought was broken and had been returned before . So should not have been on the shelf. Very sad because pre-covid I had shopped their regularly and found the staff helpful friendly and the prices reasonable. I also found the store rather disorganized compared to what I've been used to from them.
