We were visiting the area on vacation when we ran into a potentially serious vehicle issue and we needed someone to take a look at it just to make sure we could make the 5 hr drive home. We called around to multiple businesses in the area and no one was willing to just take a look at it to give us a diagnosis. J&M agreed to squeeze us in between jobs to take a look on a busy Friday morning! They diagnosed the issue and provided a temporary solution so we could get home safely and didn’t even charge us for their time. Incredibly grateful for people and small businesses like this. If I lived in this area I would only go to J&M! I urge you to consider J&M for your auto repair needs!”
“Purchased a set of tires for my other vehicle for a great price compared to other places and compared to online prices. I can't complain one bit about anything from that first set for the car to about 6 months with the second set of tires on my other vehicle.
The first set of tires on the car is about due a replacement sooo I know exactly where to go when that time comes. Thank you for the staff and techs.”
“The glass was cracked in my garage door. No help from the garage maker or anyone else. Called Tri County Glass and they were really nice over the phone, took my measurements down there and they had my replacement glass cut in 5 minutes at a very resealable price. I will go back if I need anything else glass related. Glass looks better than the other glass on my garage door.”

“The most honest, well meaning mechanic I've ever been to and I will be a customer for life.
We had work done on my wife's car here. I brought in my own part and all they charged was labor for a very good price. Plus, they did not try to upsell me on anything, which alone is a win in my book!
But, shortly after leaving the shop, the splash guard fell off the wheel well on the front passenger side and wrapped around her tire! I call them, they tow the car within five minutes. After getting to the shop, they explain that their is no way it could have been their fault because they did not touch that part of the vehicle at all and even showed me all of the reasons why which I very much appreciated as someone that is not very mechanically inclined.
They then fixed the problem and even buffed out the scratches it caused! I went to try and pay them and they absolutely insisted that it was free, even though this all happened after their closing time.
Words cannot express how thankful I am to them for doing this. Please, give them your business. People this genuine deserve it!”

“The guys at the Lexington Park location were great! There was only one mechanic at the time of my service and he got it done well and pretty fast considering the circumstances. The front desk guys were so nice and patient. They had some not nice customers come in that were being horrible. Those guys handled it far better than I would have if I were in their position. 10/10 recommend them ??”
“We needed a state inspection done same day and Z made it happen. He made the process painless and we cannot be more grateful. And yes, I expected to pay more than $75 for the immediate inspection and understand that there is a "starting" price for many things in the service industry .... my lack of foresight and planning should have an extra price attached!
