We were visiting the area on vacation when we ran into a potentially serious vehicle issue and we needed someone to take a look at it just to make sure we could make the 5 hr drive home. We called around to multiple businesses in the area and no one was willing to just take a look at it to give us a diagnosis. J&M agreed to squeeze us in between jobs to take a look on a busy Friday morning! They diagnosed the issue and provided a temporary solution so we could get home safely and didn’t even charge us for their time. Incredibly grateful for people and small businesses like this. “Purchased a set of tires for my other vehicle for a great price compared to other places and compared to online prices. I can't complain one bit about anything from that first set for the car to about 6 months with the second set of tires on my other vehicle.

“They were called to tow my car from the accident. The tow truck driver was very informative and explained the nexts steps to us being I never experienced this prior. When I took my 2nd key to the office the young lady was kind and very helpful she even went out of her way and let me know when the adjuster was there. The jeep we were interested in with certain options, wasn't on their lot, we wanted a specific color and details and he went above and beyond to find us exactly what we wanted and went and picked it up. He kept an open communication through the whole process.”
“The most honest, well meaning mechanic I've ever been to and I will be a customer for life.
We had work done on my wife's car here. I brought in my own part and all they charged was labor for a very good price. Plus, they did not try to upsell me on anything, which alone is a win in my book!
But, shortly after leaving the shop, the splash guard fell off the wheel well on the front passenger side and wrapped around her tire! I call them, they tow the car within five minutes. After getting to the shop, they explain that their is no way it could have been their fault because they did not touch that part of the vehicle at all and even showed me all of the reasons why which I very much appreciated as someone that is not very mechanically inclined.
They then fixed the problem and even buffed out the scratches it caused! I went to try and pay them and they absolutely insisted that it was free, even though this all happened after their closing time.
Words cannot express how thankful I am to them for doing this. Please, give them your business. People this genuine deserve it!”
