Unbelievable! ๐คฏ We were customers trying to get help, and it's clear you guys need to investigate the employees answering phones! ๐ Starting with missed calls, please! ๐ My bro was stressing all morning about getting a new phone ๐ฑ, and we called repeatedly starting at 11 when you opened ๐ฐ๏ธ. We arrived at 11:45 and got helped, but the service was super slow ๐. I was about to consider switching plans ๐ค, but my bro's GF came in and we decided to proceed with the purchase anyway ๐คทโโ๏ธ.
I called about 3 times while we were away to confirm pricing ๐, but NO ONE answered ๐ซ. When I called again from the lobby, the phone rang, but I accidentally clicked speaker and hung up ๐ณ. I called back, and the employee quickly disabled the call ๐ด. It's frustrating knowing other potential customers might be having the same issue ๐ค.
As a customer, it's disheartening to see employees prioritizing their personal feelings over the business aspect ๐. With recent promotions, this store on 235 should be crowded with customers ๐ค! Hopefully, this reaches the right people, and sales aren't suffering ๐. Just a thought ๐ญ... ๐ค

The gentleman the normally works when I come in and call during the afternoon hours provides amazing service and is able to answer all my questions.

The guy at the front desk today at 2pm deserves a raise he showed me the best costumer service ever!!! 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know.

The guy at the counter was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He was able to take care of the issues that I was having with my phone and set up the new one he answer all of our questions. The store was clean I just wish it had a better selection of accessories for the phones they have in store. Definitely prefer this location over the one that's down the street

Your device is stopped working on me the hotspot stop working and you blamed it on turning into a 5G Network it's almost been a year and you have not swapped over and your service still is not good enough that's why I switch to Cricket! They fix problems right away!

I don't have Boost mobile as my cell provider, only because I live so far down in a rural area that their service wouldn't work, they have no tower down here, anyway... that being said, the dude at this location was awesome, honest & super helpful. And their prices for what you get, friggen amazing... I really do wish their service worked down here because we would have switched the entire familys phone service then & there... However, again, the dude was very honest instead of trying to set us up w/ service that wouldn't have even worked just to benefit the business... If the service becomes available down here, we will be switching!
