The guy at the counter was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He was able to take care of the issues that I was having with my phone and set up the new one he answer all of our questions. The store was clean I just wish it had a better selection of accessories for the phones they have in store. Definitely prefer this location over the one that's down the street

Your device is stopped working on me the hotspot stop working and you blamed it on turning into a 5G Network it's almost been a year and you have not swapped over and your service still is not good enough that's why I switch to Cricket! They fix problems right away!

I don't have Boost mobile as my cell provider, only because I live so far down in a rural area that their service wouldn't work, they have no tower down here, anyway... that being said, the dude at this location was awesome, honest & super helpful. And their prices for what you get, friggen amazing... I really do wish their service worked down here because we would have switched the entire familys phone service then & there... However, again, the dude was very honest instead of trying to set us up w/ service that wouldn't have even worked just to benefit the business... If the service becomes available down here, we will be switching!

5 yrs and rolling with Boost mobile , Everything was great all this time Reps, most definite help and give great deals ,and theres a hand few u might get with tech support that no there stuff, JUST BE AWARE OF THE eSECURITEL/BRIGHTSTAR - I HAVE BEEN PAYING INS SINCE I STARTED BOOST MOBILE ( LIKE I SAID 5+ YRS) I HAVE ONLY NEEDED THEM 3 YRS AGO ON THE S6 ,I DID GET THE S7 ,AFTER MANY HRS OF COMPLAINING AND MANY HRS ON PHONE ,AND THEY ARE NO WERE NEAR NICE OR CURTIOUS LIKE THE THE BOOST REPS OR TECH ARE NOW AFTER ALL THESE YRS IM HAVING A ISSUE AGAIN AND SO SO UPSET AND THEY NO IT ,IM HOLDING A NEW S9+ I WAS TOLD WHEN THEY CAME OUT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO ACTIVATE AS LONG AS ITS A SPRINT ,BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T SELLING THEM YET , NEEDLESS TO SAY I CANT ACTIVATE MEAN TIME THE PLASTIC AND SIM BROKE OFF IN THE PHONE ON THE OLD PHONE AND I DROPED IT TRYING TO GET IT OUT SO ITS BROKE AND I HAD TO TO TURN ON A OLD LG PHONE JUST TO HAVE A WORKING PHONE, ONCE THE SIM MOVED AND BROKE WITH THE S8 IT BECAME A NONE WORKING PHONE ,THEY AT FIRST WAS GOING TO TELL ME NO NOT QUALIFIED LOL NOW AFTER A WEEK AND MANY HRS OF HEADACHES AND PHONE CALLS , A BOOST REP HAD TO EXPLAIN SITUATION TO INS , NOW THEY HAVE HAD TO WRITE FOR A REQUEST IF I CAN GET A NEW PHONE NOW I DONT NO ABOUT U OR THE PUBLIC- BUT IF U BOUGHT A " AT TIME 700 DOLLAR NEW S8" AND HAVE BEEN PAYING INS LESS THAN A YR OF ONLY HAVING THE PHONE FROM BOOST MOBILE , AND INS FOR YRS PRIOR AND NEVER EVEN USED THERE SERVICE BUT ONCE IN 5 YRS SOMEONE BETTER EXPLAIN THIS CONTRACT OF WHY THERE WOULD BE ANY QUESTION OF ME GETTING A NEW PHONE ,OR HELPING ME RIGHT AWAY AND GETTING ME A PHONE OUT ASAP, SPECIALLY WHEN IM A MEMEBER FOR THIS MANY YRS AND PAY OUT RIGHT FULL PRICE FOR PHONES EVERY YR, , THEY SHOULD WANT TO HELP ME RIGHT AWAY ,NOW THAT I BROUGHT MY FAMILY ON WITH THEM AND NOW I HAVE A FAMILY PLAN , I UP GRADED THIS YR FOR THE GRANDBABIES TO HAVE A PHONE ,"" SORRY THIS IS LONG "" JUST WANTED TO GET THIS OUT AND LET CUSTOMERS NO WHAT IM GOING THROUGH , AND HOW IM BEING TREATED LIKE IM SOME MONTH OLD CUSTMER ,,IM SORRY THEY NEED TO WORRY ABOUT ALL THE COMPANY'S THAT ARE TRYING TO GET ME TO SWITCH AND THEY CANT BEAT THE PRICE BUT THERE CLOSE. IM ON AUTO PAY AND ITS CLEAR IM A TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER ITS SAD I HAVE TO SIT and wait for an e- mail , VERY VERY SAD, AND IM GETTING MADER BY THE MIN JUST IGNORING ME WHAT WOULD U DO IF YOU WERE ME
