This is my home bank location, but I just spoke with an After Hours Assistant named Justin and he was extremely helpful and kind. Although we got disconnected in the middle of our call, I was able to find the email he sent prior and gained access to my account again. I wish I could tell him thank you, as the disconnect was abrupt. So Justin, if you see this, Thank you so much for being so kind and extremely helpful!

4 Stars for the in person Service. Good bank. Honest. Expedient.2 Stars for the online service. For some reason, they changed their APP completely, to include BillPay. My bills have been completely messed up since. Very frustrating.

Their app is always acting up, then when you call customer service they try to direct you to the digital bank app!!! It's the most inconvenient bank I've ever put my money into. Their branch locations are limited and they charge $5 per statement copy which I would love to be able to conveniently access in my phone app but again... their app is GARBAGE and never works. Just enroll with Navy Federal they have several locations and their app never gives me issues and you're never left on hold like they do at Cedar point . I'm so irritated with the inconvenience of the his bank I'm closing my account with them because there's no benefit staying.

Why is it that for 3 days I cannot reach anyone at the Lexington Park Bank. It continually says this call cannot be taken at this time! For three days!!!! I am out of town and cannot reach my primary bank!!! Unexceptable!

i worked with Kate, not only did she open an account for me and pre approve me for a car loan, about an hour long process. she was extremely easy to work with, helpful, personable, and pleasant the whole time. i cannot recommend her enough.

Dropped by the Lexington Park CPFCU just to get 2 rolls of quarters. First, what happened to the inside? "Teller Pods"? I just wanted to get in line to have my transaction completed. Unfortunately, there is no real place to get in line. Think I'm joking? Take a look yourself! So I stood near the only "teller pod" with tellers and waited for over 10 minutes while only 2 customers completed complex transactions with one teller leaving frequently to take care of drive through customers. Then, when I finally got to the "pod" I waited and waited while the teller clicked enough keys on her computer to write a novel and said "I'll be right back". After first going one way and waiting, and then going the opposite way with another employee and finally returning to the pod, I got my 2 precious rolls of quarters. Total time spent to get my 2 rolls of quarters, TWENTY minutes. Good job CPFCU.

Ribbon cutting today for the main branch. The outside hasn’t changed much but the inside is a very modern with a vibrant blue hues. They now have teller pods, easy access coin machine and an approximate 10 foot screen with revolving information. Congrats on the upgraded look!

Cedar Point works there Tellers six days a week, other Banks give there employees a day off during the week for working a Saturday, not Cedar Point. They hire there staff to work other Saturday but works them every Saturday leaving them with ONE day off a week, Sunday! The work life balance is terrible for Cedar Point employees

I have had an account with Cedar Point for over 15 years starting when I was extremely young. I had not had any problems with them until I was able to open up a checking account with a debit card attached. The card is declined on any purchase that is not local (i.e. Online shopping). I have spoken with the help desk and security contacts, multiple times and have either been ignored completely, through their email, or when talking to a representative on the phone, they have said they corrected the issue and that I am able to make the purchase without being blocked. These have been bold face lies, if you can't help me at least send me to someone who can. I have been a loyal customer for years and am feeling ignored and taken advantage of.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I worked specifically with Kate and answered all the questions I had and made me very comfortable on making financial decisions moving forward. This branch is headquarters so it is super busy but they never make you feel like you’re the problem. I 100% would recommend this bank to anyone looking!
