Got a car from them and from day one it has issues. Cant even drive it now. Talked to them about it, they acted like they were going to help resolve the prob and ABSOLUTELY did not. Told me i had 3k miles left on warrenty, now saying no warrenty.There is no way this car passed inspection. In the process of seeking help to see what i can do. They should fix this car or atleast give me another car thats the same price. This was the worst experience of my life literally. Came to get the car straight after a surgery excited thinking I finally had a decent ride to just be taken advantage of and bring another POS home. So sad , I guess its just the "Fitz Way"

Terrible service department. Took my truck in for what seemed to be a common problem. Hundreds of posts on forums with people experiencing the same issue, and lots of helpful advice showing it was an easy fix. Service writer called me back after a few hours telling me they recognized it's a problem, but it's "in spec" and they weren't going to touch it. When I went to get the keys he gave me a scribbled on website screenshot and kept repeating that I should read the spec sheet . Didn't want to talk about it, just wanted me out the door. My first and only interaction with the place has convinced to never walk through their door again.

I got my Chrylser 300 from here. I let them know I was specifically looking for this vehicle type and they actually called me back to let me know they brought a used one in for me. When I got there to see it, turns out one of the managers had been leasing it (brand new when he did) and had only put about 16K miles on it and brought it in and stopped the lease for me in case I wanted to buy it. I did end up buying it as it was in mint condition (he took very good care of it). The whole buying process was easy and enjoyable. They offered it at a great price (as used even though it was barely used) and did not high ball it at all. I take it here to get it serviced and the oil changes every time I need anything done. They always ask for permission and never just do things to it without telling me. I've had it for about 3 years now and haven't had one thing wrong with it. Runs beautifully. The work prices are great for any mechanically work I have put into it and they will install anything you buy for it, even if it's not from them.I will be buying cars from here for any car I get in the future.

I showed up as a walk-in, and the team was able to fit my vehicle in!! That rarely happens so I am MOST GRATEFUL!!As ALWAYS, the service team took expert care of my Pacifica, and wonderful care of me. My expenses were market reasonable. I was well taken care of. I can always trust that my parts are genuine and certified and I trust the service work they do. I have never been better cared for.Thank you Fitzgerald Lexington Park.

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Donna Allen. She and the general manager Bill always take excellent care of me. Answering any and all questions or concerns I have with a smile. Very professional,courteous and friendly. I recommend Fitzgerald Auto Mall/Fitzway to anyone who wants a great auto purchase experience. It is just like they say in their commercials.

Purchased this vehicle from out of state, 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. My sales lady Donna provided information although minimal. When asked for photos I was provided their website photos when I wanted additional current photos. I proceeded to put a deposit and purchase the vehicle, for the price listed. My attempt to lower or haggle was met with firm no, it is a set price. 2 days later the vehicle was still listed for sale at a price drop!!After the money (full price ) was sent, via Fed Ex I was advised the vehicle was in the shop with a check engine light. I paid for the transport and upon receiving vehicle off the truck, the engine light was still on!!? In addition, no owner manuals with the vehicle. I was advised to read off the stereo, by their manager?? In addition, all four tire sensors were show bad on start up. I then learned of three codes of malfunctions including the vehicle needed a part however they would not advise what. Afyer speaking with manager "Bill" again I was advised the vehicle was covered under warranty. My response was a 2023 59k vehicle should not need to be in the shop requiring parts with multiple failures, worse yet proactively sold as is!After almost a week in the shop, my wife has yet to drive her vehicle, we.learn it needs a new Catalytic Converter and will be at least another 48 to 72 hours before we know when part is available!! This dealership knowingly sold a bad vehicle. Below are photos of the codes from the sales lady.:FOLLOW UP: As you can see I received a response. After several days, it has been a week since the vehicle has been in the shop. I am now told the catalytic converter is coming from out of the country and there is no indication on when it will arrive, as the order hasnt even been processed!!? She further states that no jeep dealer in the USA that may have this part is willing to ship or spare the part??!!! So a $59,400 2023 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland sits at the dealer maintenance garage, right after purchase.FOLLOW UP #2:After several phone calls, the vehicle purchase was canceled. My money was returned based on it knowingly being sold with this issue. I purchased same model actually less miles and upgrade trim from another dealer in Florida. Review to follow in that.

Never had an issue getting my vehicle serviced here. Staff is always pleasant and ready to assist with my needs, and answer any questions I may have. The addition of them sending me a video of what they’re doing and what they found (good or bad) was a great touch and added some added reassurance that they are the right shop to handle my baby.

I had an appointment at 9:30 on 9/15 to have diagnostics run on my 2021 Rubicon. The radio that was replaced last Fall is now doing the same exact thing as the original radio... So, I already know that it needs to be replaced but anyway, 3:15 rolls around with no update so I shoot them a text. An hour goes by with no reply so I give them a call... Guess what? They hadn't even started to run the tests. My Jeep sat there for 7 HOURS!!! You can't run diagnostics in 7 HOURS? Well, I was told that there were others ahead of me in line... Why even bother making an appointment?! This isn't even the first terrible experience I've had with them.One time I had an oil change appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning... I called for a status about 5 hours later only to be told that they were just starting to work on it and that it would be done within the hour. I informed them that I absolutely needed to be driving off their lot at 4 because my kid had a baseball game. I called them an hour and a half later for another status. They told me it was getting washed as we spoke and that I could come pick it up. When I got there about 15 minutes later, I was told it would be out in a minute. After 10 minutes passed I noticed my Jeep... sitting in a parking space. I kindly asked them to get my Jeep so I could leave. Guess what I saw when they pulled it up to the curb at exactly 4pm? My Jeep was just as dirty as when I dropped it off. I think it took them 7 or 8 hours to change my oil that time. Once again, why make an appointment. Just say, "Sure, drop it off whenever you want. We'll get to it when we get to it... Or maybe we won't. Whatever." No apology from anyone about anything. Just like today when I picked up my Jeep after it sat there for 7 hours. No apology. No explanation. I have never experienced such awful service. I would be embarrassed to be affiliated with this dealership. Now I have to drive an hour to get my radio replaced... again. Thanks for nothing, Fitz!

My visit to the service department for an oil change went very well. The service advisor and technician were extremely professional and answered all of my questions. The service itself was accomplished promptly and even included a carwash! I was also sent a video by the technician which I think is awesome! Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback and I look forward to future visits.

Have done business for quite a few years with Fitzmall. Great people there and a really good service department. Relaxed laid back friendly atmosphere. Not pushy at all. And I love my Jeep Gladiator! I will stay with Bill Ritter and his crew always. They go out of their way to have a happy customer.

Jim and his team were outstanding! I had a issue with my Jeep that I had already took to another dealership who couldn't fix my problem. Jim and his team found the issue right away! They ordered the new part, installed, and I was able to have my Jeep back the next day! Quick, knowledgeable, and great customer service! Thanks again!

The truly took care of me. And my trip to New York was smooth thanks to the fits team. The gentleman who took care of me I don’t have his name but he was young and had glasses.
