Navy Federal Credit Union is a great bank in general, with friendly and professional staff. The drive thru and ATMs typically work well, and members rarely have to wait long in lines. However, some specific location ATMs have been down or unable to take deposits for a period of time. An issue was noted with the drive-thru ATM height being difficult for some vehicles. The credit union is praised for its high quality customer service, with staff described as nice, patient, and taking initiative. Members report being very glad to use this bank and have switched their business to it.

Wife and I received some bonds from family, and as this concept was foreign to us, we came in and were helped by Mrs. Taylor. She was engaging, personal but professional and truly delivered outstanding service. Went to the Lexington park branch today and Emily the teller was very non customer service friendly. I tried to teach my daughter to hand money to people. Emily pretended to not acknowledge us. I would recommend people try another teller instead.
