Went in early for a haircut and there was Sherri. She was the only one there as the other stylist called in late. Sherri was awesome, had a great attitude and gave me a great haircut, all while taking care of everything else as she had to fill the void until the late show make it to work. Good job Sherri. They need more like you.

Straight trash never will you have a good time or hair cut. Go to a barber same price you will get it cheaper and with a shave. They hire anybody letting 1 girl work when she left all her tools at home . After all not going back for months they said they arent taking walk ins still having 2hrs till close and only 4 people sitting and wait.

I somehow got passed over after a 25 min wait. I couldn't wait another 49 min so I asked to be taken off the list unless I can be pushed up. I was basically told that was my problem and I should have looked at the screen so I continued with being taken off the list and left. I typically do not have a bad experience here but this was definitely poor customer services. When I got there I was the only one in the waiting room and nobody was checked in before me.

Manager Ann needs to be fired, she has no idea how to run that business. The online app told me to arrive at 540pm, upon arrival was given a 15 minute wait, then it’s went down to 9 minutes, the jumped back up to 45 minutes. I waited for an hour and finally left without a haircut. During this time the 3 stylists were have a social party with their regulars. I watched as one stylist combed the same spot for 10 minutes without cutting any hair. Ann has no, absolutely no, customer service skills, I saw her several times stop and just talk, no hair cutting with the same person. During my time 3 people left because of the social and not business atmosphere at that store. When I ask for a manager and Ann identified herself, when I complained about the hour wait she just shrugged her shoulder. When I left there were 9 people in the cue, all said they were in store, when I left only 2 were in waiting area. Manager Ann what happened to the other 7 people?, yep they walked out cause you can’t do your job. I watched as one stylist kept looking at those waiting, it was very apparent they were stalling so people would give up and leave since at the time I left it was 20 minutes before closing

I checked in online for a haircut, wait time was roughly 2 hours. After about an hour and a half I received a text saying the stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. I walked in to the store 12 minutes after getting my text and my wait time was now 47 minutes. It was explained to me that I was bumped by a walk in. What is the point of doing a check in and trying to plan out your afternoon when Sports Clips will just kick you down the line when you aren’t even late. I was early as far as I am concerned. The staff, Ann and Carrie, bluntly put it that walk ins can just come in and take someone’s spot even if they aren’t late.

I when to this place today around noon and I asked for a LOW FADE and the blond lady gave a high fade but she only dated the sides the back looks like a skin cut to a #3 with no fading and I asked for the #1 not 0Service: Haircut

Awful customer service.And, only 1 barber/stylist can do a flat top haircut. We're 10 minutes from a Navy base and the majority of stylists cannot do a flat top.
