Please be aware and vigilant of Daniel Shaposka Jr, currently employed at Lexington Park Hyundai and actively preying on, stalking and sexually harassing young women. Please do not patronize a business who supports this and after being told about it does NOTHING to prevent it.

Very rarely have I enjoyed my experience at a car dealership. While I have not purchased a vehicle from them yet… I have had the pleasure of interacting with Jamie Piezzo twice. I can confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a new car. She was low pressure and transparent. I hope to use Team Hyundai in the future.

Team Hyundai honored the engine warranty on my 2013 Sonata even with nearly a quarter million miles on it. The starter was apparently worn out so they replaced that to boot. Lance and David were exceptionally helpful during the entire process. In fact they and the techs who were doing the work said they would stay late if necessary to get my wifes car back before the end of the day on a Saturday even if they had to stay late when I informed them I had to leave town the next day. Fortunately that wasn't necessary. The car has been running perfectly for two weeks now and we are very grateful for Lance, David and everyone at Team Hyundai that made it happen! Pretty work Team!

Do not take your take your car here. They will break it, leave you stranded and won’t call you back for days. When they do call you back the General Manager will argue with you. Nothing worse than adding insult to injury. We have bought 6 Hyundais here in the past, this dealership will never get another red cent from me. You did that John! Hyundai care is a joke, you get left stranded for hours and when they do an “escalation” call you won’t ever hear from them. They manage to send me endless marketing material though. It reminds me each time I see it to never set foot into Team Hyundai of Lexington Park again.

I'm giving one because I have to give them that to review it. They have made me hate the car that I once loved so much. The General Manager here is rude, unhelpful and arrogant if and when you get a call back. If you must buy a Hyundai, go to Annapolis. I now am inconvenienced because, I don't trust the dealership 15 minutes away from me. I have 200K in Hyundais in my driveway and I will never purchase another Hyundai again as long as I live here. I had great service at this dealership up until the last year and a half. They have changed for the worst. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt until they left me on the side of the road for hours and refused to acknowledge that they screwed up. To add insult to injury the General Manager returned my call after 5 days and wanted to argue with me about how I hung up on his Service Clerk. I didn't hang up on her but she did give me the incorrect email address for him when I asked. I was on the side of the road for hours and ended up being without my car for 13 days 2 days and $1200 after it was serviced at Team Hyundai. He actually told me it was a coincidence that it broke down then with only 53k miles on it, it was nothing they did. Annapolis said that one of my sensors was not connected after service. They reconnected it and the car has run fine since then. Hyundai care has never called back after they "escalated" my call. Don't pay extra for Hyundai Care so you can sit on the side of the road for hours, lose an entire day of work and then get a follow up phone call from a rude jerk five days later.

I visited Sheehy Hyundai a couple of times for an appt but my appt wasn’t scheduled like promised and I was turned away. On my last visit, I spoke to Jervon whom was very helpful in squeezing me in for a same day appt. He was very friendly and professional during my appt for my car and he even got the job done ahead of schedule. Thank you for all your help and I hope to do business here in the future! ?

Dear Hyundai Corporate,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the extended warranty that was issued for a material defect in the white paint on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. It has come to my attention that this warranty was issued well after the expiration date, leaving me and many other Hyundai customers with no recourse for the defective paint on our vehicles.As a loyal Hyundai customer, I am disappointed that the company would issue an extended warranty that is already past expired, especially for a material defect that is widespread and well-documented. I am not the only customer affected by this issue, and it is clear that this is a problem that needs to be addressed by the company.I have owned my Elantra for four years and have noticed significant peeling and chipping of the paint on multiple parts of the vehicle. This is not only unsightly, but it also lowers the resale value of my car. I am disappointed that a company like Hyundai would allow this type of defect to exist in their products and then fail to address it in a timely and satisfactory manner.I urge Hyundai to take responsibility for this issue and take action to correct it. Specifically, I would like to see the company provide a comprehensive warranty for the defective white paint on all affected vehicles, regardless of their age or mileage. This would go a long way in restoring the trust and confidence of customers who have been affected by this issue.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope that Hyundai will take swift action to address this problem.Sincerely, Merc PI took my car to the Team Hyundai Dealership (Lexington Park, MD) in the Spring of 2021 seeking paint repair on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. The paint on the Hood was peeling and flaking off. Team Hyundai said they could not do anything for me because it only had a 3 year warranty for paint, even though it was obviously a paint defect. They then referred me to a local body shop for paint because they have no paint shop. I had the hood painted at a local Body shop in the Fall of 2021 and paid out of pocket for the repair. Hyundai has since (Feb 2023, This Month) Extended the paint warranty to 6 years and under the warranty was told by a customer service rep earlier in the week that I could submit a claim at the Reimbursement claim site. But this site has not been updated with this Warranty extension/ class action. The reimbursement program is in place for repairs performed on your vehicle that were related to a recall or service campaign and you paid out of pocket for the expense. Now I'm being told that it's not reimbursable because I did not have the work done at a Hyundai Dealer.The reimbursement program is designed to cover repairs related to a recall or service campaign that was paid for out of pocket. Since my situation was related to a warranty issue, it should be covered under this program.

Fantastic people that look out for me! I went in for a simple oil change on my genesis coupe and they spotted two really significant issues that if left un-attended would of done serious damage to my car! They then went to bat for me with my warranty and got everything covered! These guys from sales to service are hands down the best! Thank you Kevin and David for this!
