“Iv used this post office several times ( yes I'm old school and still like mailing things) This morning I had two packages to ship out and the customer service at 8:30am was pleasant & helpful. I also always like to look at the different stamps and asked to see the selection which was a good variety but also was informed they will be getting a few brand new ones in two weeks so while I did not purchase stamps this go round I now know new ones are coming soon. Clean inside , speedy helpful service , no line as it was so early but iv been here before with a few people ahead of me and it's never a super long wait or bother. Keep up the great work woodsboro post office .”

“This little post office has the best employees working there. They are so friendly and efficient! Anything I have mailed/shipped from there made it to its destination on time and intact. It hasn't ever been "busy" when I've stopped by - usually no wait, or maybe one customer ahead, but they are done swiftly. This is very different than the Westminster post office, which has nice enough employees but they are SLOW - like weirdly slow. And it's very busy there with quite the customer cast of characters.... The Eldersburg post office is not as bad, unless you get the one nasty man that makes inappropriate comments and messes with your packages (however, I am not sure if he is still there - I stopped using that office years ago due to my experiences with him). And the Union Bridge post office is not busy but is a cluttered mess. So I'd highly recommend the New Windsor post office if you're nearby.”

“Five star service. The front desk person treated the gentleman before me so nicely and helped me out by going above and beyond. I didn't have my stuff ready but she was patient and helped me get everything i needed. I went 2:30 on Friday and her name started with an M i believe. If only everybody could be that nice. This usps store just gained my business for all my package needs.”

“Absolutely love this post office! They delivered our personal and business mail for 10 years with no problems whatsoever. Same delivery time daily, no mail lost or mishandled and extremely personable employees. We moved last year into Frederick's north jurisdiction....and it is the worst I've experienced in my 54 yrs of life!! If I need to go to the post office for anything... I drive to the Walkersville location.”

Our regular delivery person was always great but when we had replacement people they didn't know how to read the address correctly or were in too much of a hurry.. But whenever I went into the postoffice they were always so nice and so helpful..”

“The post office policies and changes have caused a great deal of difficulty with receiving our mail. This location has been very helpful in trying to work with us to get them resolved. Everyone has been pleasant and accommodating. They close for lunch from 1-2 with the sign always posted on the door for those who can read.”
