“Affordable Outdoor Kitchens (AOK) is absolutely A-okay, and then some!!! I was in the market to replace my 13-year-old freestanding Weber Genesis grill – which I keep replacing every decade or so. It was finally time to buy my forever grill with a lifetime warranty, so I started searching online for higher end grills. I read many reviews, watched several YouTube videos, and developed a short list of grills to explore. Leading my list was Alfresco, Blaze, Twin Eagles and Hestan. I went to the dealer locator on each grill website and Affordable Outdoor Kitchens popped up as my local dealer for each. One stop shopping with an excellent selection of freestanding high-end grills! Located in the next town over, I never knew it existed. Here was a unique outdoor living store 20 minutes away where I could evaluate all the grills of interest. I was initially greeted by Brent during my first visit who showed me my grills of interest and features to consider. On my second visit to the AOK showroom, I met the owners Karen and Kevin. I learned this was a family-owned small business employing sons Chris, Brent, and Brian whom I had the pleasure of meeting at one time or another. Karen and Kevin provided an honest no-pressure review of each grill which was extremely helpful in my selection decision. After much research, evaluation, and consideration, I settled on Twin Eagles - Eagle One. Kevin offered a very reasonable, military friendly deal. The Eagle One eventually landed on my back deck delivered and installed by Chris and his crew of John and Zack. Chris demonstrated Eagle One and even polished it with Sheila Shine which was a nice finishing touch.
It is very refreshing today to see a family working together in a small business selling great outdoor living products and providing excellent customer service. If you are in the market for a new high-end built-in or freestanding grill, do yourself a favor and stop by AOK and check them out. They are honest brokers, have an excellent selection and you will be impressed! I highly recommend them.”

The service is excellent, prices are quite reasonable and because my tenants are Spanish speaking, they handle everything from the initial contact, scheduling and delivery all in Spanish (they do speak English as well - Hahaha!). “Not too sure why there are any bad reviews, but my experience with them is beyond what I expected. They allowed me to lease three items even though I'm sure whatever they check. I wasn't worthy enough, but they trusted me anyway I appreciate them for that. They also helped me combine two of my items so that way I can have all four items that I wanted and I really appreciate them for that. The delivery guys were funny and definitely entertaining and yes, they put your items together for you . They got up every single piece of furniture, even with how my staircase is built . Their attitudes have always been right with me even with me being late sometimes lol. As long as you pay them on time, you won't get the 50 million calls. “We purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”

I have no complaints. Sure there were times that one of the items malfunctioned but I also realize that I am not buying brand new appliances so its to be expected. What I did appreciate is the prompt service that was given to immediate (at no additional cost) fix the issue. Which in my case was a minor problem with the oven of one of my stove.
