Service is as expected. You pay, get a secure unit. This company however just inexplicably increases rates by 27%. I was paying $267 and received a note in the mail stating it would go up to $367 in a month. For obvious reasons I will be vacating this unit for a company that doesn’t take advantage of its customers. The overhead expenses of storage units are extremely low which makes this increase even more absurd.
