It's not the same as a regular FedEx drop ship location. They will take your package đŚ but they can't look up anything. The gender fluid haired employee was less than helpful. But my packagea arrived two days earlier than expected. So that's a good thing.

Worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company. I just wanted to pick my package up since I was notified that I missed it. I was told it had to be delivered and could not be picked up. I will make sure none of my packages come through this or another FedEx location. Will be using other means from here on out. This is ridiculous.

The location refused to deliver half of an expensive shipment despite the other half arriving on time with the same exact address. After about hours on the phone going back and forth between FedEx and the company shipping the shipment, no one is taking responsibility at FedEx (how did half of it get here on the same address and the other half held?) and we are being relegated to having the package âwork through the systemâ instead of being able to arrange any common sense pickup at the facility for the package. Out of the 4 customer service agents we talked to there, each one gave us a different story and lied about when it would be delivered. The company shipping the items cannot do anything else as well. We will never be using FedEx shipping again if possible unless someone takes responsibility for this and resolves it.

Package was scheduled for delivery Thursday but never arrived. On Friday, the driver falsely claimed an attempted delivery requiring a signature â yet no one knocked or rang the bell, and my Ring camera confirms this. No door tag was left either. I escalated the issue through FedEx customer service, and was assured it would be re-delivered today. That didnât happen. An incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
Update: Package delivered today (Monday). Driver made no attempt to knock or ring the doorbell, (obviously didnât receive my signature even though it was signature delivery), and left the package in the rain.

People at the front desk are incredibly helpful, but the drivers constantly lie about delivery attempts and push off deliveries arbitrarily. Marc the driver is especially guilty of this, If you see your package is out with Marc expect it to be delayed or âlostâ which he probably stole

I was ignored by doorway when I was supposed to have package delivered, no note no package no ring or step out of fed ex car. Driver just parked didnât do job and left. What is this? This is called doing job?
