This review is extremely overdue. The folks at the digital drive location are so friendly and professional. They always do a great job! I don’t go to any other locations since trying this one because this team is just wonderful.

The office was clean, the location was good and the overall experience was fine, with the exception of an arrogant and unprofessional tech. My kids experience anxiety with needles and he directly interfered with my ability to keep them calm during the process. He lectured me, and them, about independence. When I addressed him privately, after sending my kids to the waiting room, he was defensive and rude. He heard nothing in the feedback. Everett was medically competent but professionally unacceptable. Let me parent my kids and stay in your lane!

The check in system is deeply flawed. We checked my toddler in for his 7:30 am appointment and were waiting for 40 minutes. My son was extremely antsy at that point so my husband checked with the staff and told them how long we had been waiting and they said their system pushed him to the bottom of the list.

Horrible I sat there for an hour and a half to take a urine and still didn't get it done I would give negative Stars if possible thanks for the professionality and everything clear out the whole waiting room while I'm still standing there

The best experience I’ve had with any labcorp. Fastest most caring and professional team. Also coming from someone who passes out on a constant basis from blood draws I wasn’t even phased here, Everett did a great job I barely even felt the needle :) I was in and out in less than 10 minutes

OMG❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾so amazing😊☺️so incredibly amazing 🥰customer service is outstanding.!!!! DANA made my anxiety fade away……. I told him that I googled locations and chose this one because of the stars and I am so glad that I did (I have had so many horrible experiences at different locations of LabCorp so much so I thought good customer service was null and voided a lost art)…….again the customer service is outstanding it is also Clean!!!! DANA was amazing. He is amazing. He told me welcome to the family because I let him know that I will never go to another LabCorp. Thank you so much for the 100% awesome great customer service☺️ Even the other customers that came through the door were happy about coming there. The tall gentleman at the window was awesome as well… great attitude great disposition. I can’t say enough about this location. It is great great great❣️❣️❣️❣️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

First time coming 4 months ago!! Definitely planning to go again next month. Amazing customer service, very kind, and helpful. 10/10! As someone who’s scared of blood drawn for past traumatized experiences i had with other phlebotomist, i recommend coming here.

Great location, came in as a walk-in for routine bloodwork and they got me finished within 45 minutes. They were polite, efficient, and helpful. I would definitely come back to this location. Dana was awesome, thanks again!

Dana is the absolute best! I had a negative experience at another Labcorp location that left me feeling anxious about getting another round of bloodwork but switching to this spot was a great decision. Dana is very good at his job and the bloodwork was virtually painless. Will definently be returning here the next time I need labs!

Huge thanks to Everett for a job well done on a pediatric blood draw this morning! He was very knowledgeable on how to best hold a child for a blood draw and what movements to anticipate which made for a much smoother experience than what it could have been.

I’m an RN and came in on Saturday to drop off labs. The lady working told me they only do drug screenings on Saturday. She helped me look for nearby locations, noted that I wouldn’t make it in time to drop the specimen off anywhere else. Very graciously told me she would spin the lab work for me and run it! May God bless her. I really appreciate her going out of her way!

Went in for a urine test and the staff was very professional and understanding when we had to wait for me to be able to go.
They have a water fountain in the waiting room as well. I would recommend bringing a water bottle that you can fill up in case you get “pee shy,” so you don’t have to use those little paper cups.
