Metro Flooring Contractors

Hours: Metro Flooring Contractors is a trusted provider of quality, brand-name flooring solutions in Maryland. They offer a wide range of options, including hardwood, carpet, laminate, and vinyl, ensuring customers can find the perfect fit for their needs. Their services include free estimates and measures, making the process seamless and convenient. Customers praise the company's reliable and knowledgeable installers, who treat the job with respect and professionalism. The sales team, like Miguel, is also commended for their excellent customer service. Clients have reported receiving fair prices and quick, high-quality installations, often within a matter of days. However, not all experiences have been positive. One customer faced issues when the company was unable to complete part of the job, leading to a drawn-out process to receive a refund. The customer service during this time was described as poor, with difficulty in communication and a lack of transparency. Despite this isolated incident, the majority of reviews highlight Metro Flooring Contractors as a reliable and efficient choice for flooring projects, with many customers expressing their satisfaction and willingness to recommend the company to others.
