“Wanted to check out the new location. Since it's early in the season for most plants and vegetables, the selection was limited, but new arrivals are coming every week. This location is bigger than the previous one in Severna Park, and it's closer to where I live, so that's an added bonus. I'm always satisfied with the plants that I buy. They also have a great selection of soil, fertilizers, and soil amendments available, a large selection of bird food and feeders, tools, yard decor, etc. Waiting for warmer weather to go back and see what else is available! Staff is friendly and helpful.”
“I came in looking for a magnetic to try to get my charger out of my phone charger port because it broke and git stuck in it and Daniel helped me got it out and fixed it I'm truly thankful for that”
“We come here just about every weekend with our dog. My wife loves to pick out new plants and I get to pick out toys and treats for my dog. Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful, and they're always adding new things throughout while somehow managing to keep the entire place look organized despite all the constant changes. Having a coffee shop next-door is always a huge plus as well.”

I was recently there with my daughter and everyone was so kind to her while she was picking out flowers for her garden. “Awesome place to hangout. The botanical and esthetics are gorgeous, modern barn accents. Cute little summer place to enjoy the summer brisk and the wonderful aromas from the garden. Miguel was our tour guide and our snowball specialist. Miguel also makes the egg custard. I had a signature snowball and thoroughly enjoyed it. “Stopped in to see if they sold gardenia bushes as I wanted one for Mother's Day. Not only did they have them, but they had a beautiful healthy selection. The staff was most gracious and knowledgeable. Got the plant home and it continues to thrive and bloom beautifully. Good selection, healthy plants, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. “We purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”

“I recently became a first time home owner. When I tell you all that this is a lot....this is A Lot. There is so much to learn about a house, its parts, how it functions, the innerworkings, and who to call.One of the items that I am working on is getting blinds for the entire house. Why are there so many types of blinds? Why, friend? Why? I became really overwhelmed and reached out to blind specialist stores. Unfortunately, their quotes for service, design and installation was thousands of dollars. I kept the quotes and went to Home Depot to get their counsel. I had no idea what I was looking for nor the proper terminologies. What I did know was that the paper blinds in my house had reached it expiration date. Lol. I met Christina. She sat with me at a desk, gave me a tutorial on blinds and walked me through the home depot online process. The online process allows one to customize what they are looking for to the inventory of home depot. Christina patiently inquired about each room of my house that needed blinds, asked me probing questions, and encouraged my decisions. By the end of the meeting, she was able to provide me with a quote. I really appreciate being able to go to my local Home Depot to lessen the anxiety of homeownership.”

During both transactions, Kayla, Tom, Scot & Zach were all polite, nice and informative and went out of their way to assist me. Bravo team rental, you all should teach customer service in that store. “The staff was very polite and helpful. Even though they didn't have the specific item I needed (staff member checked to see if it was in stock). Granted, the item that I wanted was more related to automotive than tools. That's not their specialty. I'm not really surprised they didn't have it. I would gladly go back to this store.
