I was There in one of the conference rooms attending a meeting with my husband it was extremely cold the entire day.there was no hot water. In the women's bathroom.. The hotel is nice I wasn't expecting this at all. It was cold in the whole hotel.

this hotel - treats customers differently. they allow a full shuttle of airline crew members boarded to airport and not let my family on even though we were there before some of them came down last minute.#discriminate

Nice hotel and nice rooms. They have the Westin workout which is an upgrade from a standard gym hotel, quite a few machines and dumbbells up to 50lb. The pool was closed on 3/13/24 not sure how long that will be for.

I have stayed at this hotel many times it getting old and tired. Concierge lounge has been closed with no reopening date. Overall seems to be poorly managed…. A few years ago it was the top hotel in the BWI area.Noteworthy details: Reopen the Concierge Lounge and focus on cleaning.

If you are a swimmer, this hotel advertise indoor lap pool except the pool has been closed for a while. You find out upon checking, very helpful.Staff at the desk was unfriendly.My bathroom had 2 shampoo, one conditioner, no shower gel.

I don’t typically review airport hotels but this one deserved a review. Although I only spent the night at Westin and booked a room just to get some sleep, I really enjoyed my experience. The room was clean, there was water & coffee provided, fresh robe in the bathroom, little lavender balm on the nightstand for better sleep. The blackout curtains were really just what I needed to relax and get some rest for the next morning. Very accommodating staff.

My only con is the parking. Did not know you have to pay daily parking fees here. No microwaves in the rooms either.Comfy beds, nice location & clean rooms.

Stayed at the Westin on January 22. Room was great but the restaurant was superb. My daughter got a Cobb salad and I got a steak with asparagus and Yukon mashed. Both were delicious.Food & drinks: Fabulous meal.

Nearby activities: Typically, you pay higher prices than other hotels near the BWI airport.You can have long-term parking here, but must reserve ahead of time.

I was very disappointed to find out that the hotel booked by my travel agent charges 15 dollars day to park in an open unsecured lot next to the hotel. The location on the hotel is not convenient to restaurant nor gas stations. Also we were not informed when we booked that the indoor pool was down for maintenance. This is my first and last stay at an inconvenience hotel when Baltimore has better options to stay at.

Hotel is decent waiting on the airport shuttle is NOT. Always inconsistent on pick up. Waiting for 40 minutes when the hotel is 10 minutes away. Attitude from the restaurant server. Just TERRIBLE. AVOID!

Outdated, needs to be redone and get rid of all the carpet and drapes and fix the plumbing.
