My 2nd time to visit. What an experience! I’m surprised this place is still open for business 😆. All reviews are true. The workers don’t care. Not all but the ones I met this week wow. Never felt so disrespected. Left me at the counter in the middle of the transaction to attend to personal or non meaningful activities in the back. The male reps are trying to be diligent. The ladies are another level of definition of lazy and unconscious. I know they don’t have the energy to read the reviews but it needs to be posted. It’s a blessing to have work today. Respect your customers. Maybe attend some customer service and protocol classes. You really need it!!

I’ve frequented this post office about 10 times in the last three months. Every single time I go the staff seems bothered to be helping you. To top it off they’re making personal calls or playing games on their phone while serving you. At the end of your purchase a questionnaire pops up if you were satisfied on the payment machine. I wish I could answer it but the employees reach across the desk and answer happy (smiley face) for you. What’s the point of even asking at that rate? This has happened 8 of the 10 visits. I will not go back anymore.

Got there right before 5. The guy working there literally stared me down as I pulled up while he walked to the door, locked it and told me they were closed.

Would give zero stars if possible. Have had positive experiences here in the past, but came in today and EVERY SINGLE PERSON working was rude. Somehow all of them seemed to hate their jobs, and hate me even more. Was treated like an absolute idiot. Felt extremely unwelcome from the time I walked in, and even though this one is 3 mins from my home, I will be traveling elsewhere in the future. Major disappointment.

I always have a great time when I go to this USPS. They are always polite and helpful when I have questions. But I was especially thankful to one of the ladies who worked there who helped me with the passport application process, who explained the process and pointed out things that could've become potential issues. I corrected those mistakes, and received my passport renewal within a couple of weeks. I sadly did not catch her name but I am very thankful for her help.

the laziest post office in all of America. terrible service! How could you lose 5 out of 6 packages???? what are you even doing! terrible service, lazy staff everywhere. they charge money for the package, then can't deliver it for six months. horror!!

I had a package sent to me from Maryland. Tracking says it left linthicum facility 2 weeks ago and is on its way to next facility. Still haven’t received my package and tracking hasn’t changed in 2 weeks. This is not the first time this has happened and I’ve come to the conclusion that there must be a gang of criminals running this place. There should be an investigation, one I’m hoping to get started, seeing as the review section is nothing but people complaining about their lost mail.

Today, I had a great time at the post office thanks to Lauren. She was always smiling and very helpful, which made me feel much better after a not-so-nice encounter with another staff member who rudely declined my request for a pen (and that's why I took a star away from my review). I hope all the staff at the post office could be as friendly as Lauren!

Went twice to go get my passport done, once the lady was on break and wouldn't be back for an hour. The other timebi came few mins after 3 they told me she got off at 3. Whoever does passports
